I have a roast in the crockpot with green beans and potatoes. The onions and seasoning smells so good. Love that dinner will be done without having to babysit.

Friday night was my daughters birthday dinner at Islemadora. Last night the girls and DH were at a daddy/daughter dinner and dance so me and DS had frozen pizza and ice cream and watched movies. Today was a HUGE grocery trip for me so I have lots of meals planned out. Tonight will be veggie fried rice as requested by my DH.
My other planned meals in no particular order are:

Stir Fry Veggie noodles
Spaghetti with and without meat
Pasta Shells with Creamy Vodka sauce and shredded cheese
Cold Pasta Salad
Cheesy Tuna Noodle bake
Potato and Chick pea saute
Hot Mexican Dip with Chips and tortilla's
Cheesy Broccoli Soup
White Bean Chili
Veggie Chili
Minestrone Soup w/hamburger to throw in for the boys
Homemade Pizza
Hotdogs for the boys Butter Beans for the girls with veggies and Stuffing
Biscuits and Gravy with scrambled eggs
Homemade waffles
Loaded Ramen
Hamburger or Veggie Rice with Cream of Mushroom soup
I think that's it but I might be missing a meal or two

Sure would love to have the receipe for the Potato and Chick Pea Saute as well as the Loaded Ramen. My daughter loves Ramen and it's hard to get her to eat anything that does not end in "butter, dog or nugget".:rotfl:
Thanks.

Tonight we're having beef stroganoff that's been in the slow cooker all day. I'll serve it over noodles. We're also having asparagus and bread with it.

Tonight we are having crock pot breakfast casserole. I found the recipe on pinterest and it sounds so good.

Tonight is meatloaf, using ground turkey, green beans and creamed potatoes...

not too exciting but comfort food sounds so good right now.

This was AMAZING!!!!!! So yummy. I will post the recipe for anyone who wants it.

Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole

1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
1 Roll sausage, browned and drained
1 package of shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon mustard powder

Place the hash browns, sausage, and cheese into the crock pot and mix well. In a seperate bowl mix together the eggs, milk, and mustard powder. Pour over mixture in crockpot and even out the top. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

*I used a little less mustard powder, and a little bit more milk.
