Well I just booked this cruise for my family about 2-3 weeks ago. I was also curious about how full the boat is and as of just now, according to DCL web site Reservations there are Cat 9, 4 & 5 rooms available (the site only seems to list a max of 8 room numbers so I am not sure how many total available rooms in each cat) and you can book a Cat 6 GTY...

I am getting so excited for this cruise!!! So is everyone sailing a repeat cruiser or are there any other first timers like me on this sailing?

We are first-timers too and getting very excited! We will be traveling with sons age 4, 6, and 16 and driving from Erie, PA with Grandma too!

Woohoo!!! 1 month dance!!! :cool1: :cheer2:
My DD5 started kindergarten today. I can't believe it! Seems like just yesterday when I had her!

We are first timers & cannot wait!

edited to add: Oh yeah, I've been reading about Pirate Night on the DCL forum. We have it right? Anyone know which night it is? I read something about the dining rotation staying the same the first/2nd nights for pirate night, which would mean our nassau day? But that may have been on the 7 day cruise where i read that. Anyone know?

Did you find/decide on a pre-cruise Mass to go to? We were also looking. We are staying at Cocoa beach on Saturday night, haven't decided if we will go Sat. or early Sunday. I suppose the kids will be too excited to behave Sunday morning knowing the boat (our first cruise ever!) is right outside.

We might drive to Orlando for them to visit the hotel grounds of Pop Century, etc. even though we won't be going to the parks this time. Also, I feel your pain for your little one starting Kindergarten - mine turned 6 this week and will be starting 1st grade! :guilty: My "baby" just turned 4 and will be starting preschool. Where does the time go?! :confused3

Take care-

I haven't looked in some time, but it is on my to do list. We will probably go sunday morning because we are staying at the Ron Jon's and want some pool/slide time sat afternoon. And, since we were able to book kids clubs and Palo online, we won't have to wait in those lines on the ship! Woohoo!

We got our room assignment today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are on Deck 1 but we have an outside room so I am happy!!!

Well, we didn't get our cruise documents today. However we did get our documents for Walt Disney world after our cruise. :cool1: :cheer2: So now we just need our cruise documents. It will be here before I realize it.

Becky

Yeah everyone dont forget to post when you get your docs! Some of the folks on the Member Cruise have posted that they have gotten their docs! SO ours should be right behind them!

Congrats Amanda on the upgrade! I guess I need to check to be sure we still have our same rooms. I wonder if they'd ever upgrade an SPR to a balcony? I kind of doubt it. ha ha.

ReAn...did you book a land/sea package? Just wondered. We booked 2 nights at the poly after cruise and I wasn't aware I'd get any kind of docs, per se. We have a conf# but I figured that was it. We booked through DU and they got all our PS' for us, as well as CRT! Woohoo!

p.s. Just dbl-ckd our ressies on DCL website. Our room #s are the same. I'm fine with that. Excited about the SPR, but would sure love a balcony upgrade. Doubtful. ha ha.

SInce we are now in a 9, and it is cheaer to go from a 9 to a 6, than from a 12 to a 6, I may inquire at the upgrade desk at port to see the fee to upgrade to a 7 or 6!!!!

Ohh I set someone up for it, and no one grabbed so I will! Post #300!!! Woohoo!!!!!
