What would maintainence fees for 40-60 point contracts?

Fees differ by resort but range from $3.86 (OKW) to $4.87 (Vero Beach) per point/per year.

Two of our good freinds are mid to late 30's, have no children and live in NJ. They bought DVC several years ago when they were selling BCV. They love it. In fact, they kept telling us we should look into it.

Our situation (3 kids, always staying in Deluxe) made it very worth it for us. However, I don't think we are any happier than our freinds with no kids. They LOVE DVC and OKW especially. Good luck!

What would maintainence fees for 40-60 point contracts?

On a 40 point contract at OKW, I'll be looking at about $154.40 per year, which can be paid in lump sum every January (even put on a credit card), or split out over 12 monthly installments of $12.87 which would be debited from my checking account.

Maintenance fees at other resorts vary, SSR being the lowest right now at 3.82 and Vero being the highest.
