DVC points & Port upgrades

I was wondering if this was even possible. I have already booked my 4 day cruise using my dvc points. When I arrive at the port would they allow me to upgrade let's say to a suite & pay the cost difference in cash?

All port upgrades are in cash...it makes no difference how you booked your cruise originally. SO, if an upgrade is available, they will happily take your money.
