DU "request a quote" help needed

Hello! Not sure why I'm having issues with this, but when I'm filling out the "request a quote" page for a disney cruise from DU they are asking for my password just after I enter my email. What password exactly are they referring to? One would think they're asking for my password that is tied to my email account and yet that makes no sense to me as to why they need my password. Then I thought maybe they're asking for my password for the DIS boards? Also, did I read their chart correctly, a $7000 cruise gets you a $350 OBC?? THANK YOU for your help!! Cheers!

Sounds like there's a problem on their end.

Generally, the OBC is 5% of your cruise fare, so your $350 number sounds right.

It's been a while since I've requested a quote from the DU site, but IIRC, aren't they asking you to create a password (and then retype it for verification) so you can get to your quote online once it is ready?

You are creating a password for their client login site. When your quote is ready you will receive a DU reservation number and you will need that password you created to log into the quote. You also need that password every time you make a payment.

The above posters are correct. You will need to create a password in order to access your quote once it is sent to you, and to access your reservation if you are book it.
