This was extra sweet because it was a 14-15 year old league and he is only 14 and in 8th grade and some of the kids are sophomores. He is one of the smaller kids on the team as well and therefore didn't get to play 2nd base all the time, which he usually does. During the championship game he hit two doubles (and scored 5 runs) and made a play from the outfield to get the guy out at first. On top of all this, there was one team that was "stacked" with all the best players that didn't make the finals. Ahhhh, sweet victory!
