Driving time into and out of Ko Olina?

On our visit in June/July, the Oahu Skyline opened. Granted, it was free that day, but we took the skyline from the East Kapolei/UH West Oahu station (which has a nice amount of parking) straight to the Halawa station, which is walking distance to both Pearl as well as the Swap Meet at Aloha Stadium.

It's a nice alternative if you don't want to drive.

It is so nice not to have to drive from Kapolei down to Pearl. The system should go to the airport within the next couple of years and eventually, it will go all the way to Ala Moana.

If you look at the image below, you can see the station on the far right, right off the Kualakai Parkway Exit (Exit #3, labeled as Kapolei/Ewa UH West Oahu) off of H1. It's about 5-10 minutes drive from Aulani. It's actually not too far from the Walmart in Kapolei, if you are familiar with that.





Once you turn right, go under the overpass and turn right into the parking lot.




Get off at the Halawa station, and you are right in-between Aloha Stadium and Pearl Harbor.
