just checking to see if i posted my ticker properly.
what a generous christmas gift to her nephews! i'm going to decide this week and book. oh, also, i found great rates for transportation, if you haven't looked into that yet.
did you get an actual room assignment yet. they told me i wouldn't get one until right before the cruise so i was wondering why other people have them? was the booking agent wrong?
But she said that was not were she wanted the kids to stay (one is her godson) that she would be taking care of the hotel! I was like
you have to be kidding! She can be very nice that way. We have already rented a car for the whole stay and for the cruise it was just 30 dollars more than the Disney bus service for 4 to the ship and back! we are set there too.
just found out why i didnt get a room number...the rooms in the category i wanted were all sold at this time; however, i am guaranteed a room in that category or better...whatever better means. there are always a lot of cancellations so i probably wont get bumped up but it means i dont get to choose my room either...oh well, just keep my fingers crossed; i know if it is awful, my husband will never go on another cruise again. i booked a deluxe inside (thought logan, my grandson, would enjoy the virtual porthole) but wouldnt mind a regular porthole either! hey, another thing...do you know if there is a fish extender organized for our trip; if not how do i go about starting one...i think logan would enjoy it as well as the other children:
my husband want to move there in a few years or so and so we are going to check out areas and see what things are like!
once my daughter found a princess something house that i had hidden for her. it was for christmas and was the one thing she really, really wanted. she found it and was so excited. i told her that i was holding it for the little girl next door as a surprise so dont tell anyone. although disappointed, it was forgotten about and was very surprised that santa bought her one also! if they start to catch on, maybe you can tell a little white lie and say you are helping out a friend make plans for a trip!
we went to the space center (when our children still liked traveling with us) and it was the best thing i ever did in FL!!! So interesting and informative. Both children loved it also. it was the day before a shuttle launch so we were able to see it all ready to take off! I think they were 9 and 15 when we went. i think logan is still a bit too young to grasp what it really is, so we will wait a bit on that one...maybe when we take him on another cruise (because we are going to love this one so much)!!!

My kids will be 7 and 9 so they both really like space and have studied it in school. I think it is the best chance for them to go. Also a nice day where we can take our time. Which is not what we do when we are at the parks. We are always on the go. We have 4 days of going to the parks so a slower paced day will be nice.
Then we can sit by the pool or whatever we choose that night. Me I will be washing clothes so we don't have to pay for too much baggage at the airport.
I LOVE going to WDW and love love love Disney cruising!!! I am on that ship every night in my head when I go to sleep
