If your only day was to go on a sunday would you go during the day or at night? Our flight home is Monday morning and not sure if I can get Epcot and Downtown Disney done on the same day. I don't have much planned at Epcot for rides: Soarin', test track and maybe 2 others. The countries I don't think will interest my grandson at all.

We only spend about 2 hours shopping at DTD on an average trip, anyway.

If you intend to spend time at Disney Quest, that another discussion entirely.

definitely interested in Disney Quest, we have 2 free admission tickets with our package

I would second this..Unless we are eating at DTD, we spend just a couple hours shopping and that's it. This trip we are thinking about doing the Characters in Flight though, so that will increase our visit down there.

I was planning going here on our arrival day. Is it interesting enough for a 4 year old or should we just play at the pool?

We like to go on the day of arrival. We love it at night. We try to arrive before 4:00 p.m. and usually stay till 8 or 9. If you re planning to dine at DTD & do Disney Quest, then maybe early afternoon into early evening? Have a magical time with your grandson!

Epcot is a lot of fun. How old is your grandson? Other than Test Track and Soarin' we really like Spaceship Earth, Imagination with Figment and Nemo's ride. The countries are fun because you can pick up a Duffy bear cut out on a stick to colour and to get stamps from all the pavilions. There is also an interactive game, Agent P's World Showcase Adventure that is really fun. The communicator you receive to play activates certain elements in the pavilion to interact with you.

I like Downtown Disney in the afternoon or night as it is a good place to grab something to eat and it has good shopping. At night they often have a dance party for kids at the Disney Marketplace side. Disney Quest is a great way to spend half a day on the West side.

Whatever you do, I am sure it will be fun. :)
