Ok, so who has this program? I am trying to combine 2 images so we can print out 2 on a transfer sheet and I can't figure it out! I think this is too advanced for my abilities! Anyone know how to do it?

TIA if anyone can help!

Crissi

I have it, Crissi. Give me a few minutes to see if I can figure it out.....BRB

~~~~~~~~~
I'm back, and I GOT IT!
  • Open one of the image files (Image #1)
  • Select Image/Canvas Size from menu (I assume you want 8.5" x 11", so make that change in the "New Dimensions" area)
  • Open another image file (Image #2)
  • With the image "selected", select Edit/Copy from menu
  • Open up window to Image #1's canvas
  • Select Edit/Paste as New Layer from menu
  • Move images around your canvas to fit as desired
  • Select File/Save As (otherwise you're going to overwrite your Image #1 file) from menu
Let me know if that doesn't help. :-) It was a good learning experience for me, too.
My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who may be affected by Gustav; may those of you that are leaving your homes/families -- stay safe while you travel! :grouphug:
What? Not plaster the door! Seriously, I was thinking about starting a new thread on the cruise board to ask if anyone has actually measured the door! I've started compiling my door signs in Power Point and plan to print them on glossy photo paper and put magnet strips on the backs. Then when the cruise is over I have instant Scrapbook material! (I have to admit I'm like Drea and collect stuff with the good intentions of putting books together) :confused3 I have signed up to meet with a group of scrappers once a month - Perhaps this will get me going!
Powerpoint??! Glossy Paper??!! I need to get crackin' if I'm going to keep up with your door! I have several 'boxes' of paper and ideas for scrapping - just need to impliment them....:sad1:
Doin the Doc Dance in Tampa Florida!!!
Ummm.... :confused3 can your UPS man tell my UPS man to get it together and deliver my cruise docs...
...(Drea) Hilarious..."shake their groove thangs"! I actually found a great duck butt pic over a year ago on the Picture-of-the-Day thread. He's groovin' at Castaway Cay...... Of course then that leads to rapping :rolleyes1 "I lovvvve duck butts, and I cannot lie..." :rolleyes1
Wow, I now have fewer days to wait than I will be gone!!!!!
Also I have wanted to take the DGK to Disney again. I booked 5 days at DL last night next July. We are telling them we are going to their Great Grandfathers house but are going to DL instead first. I am going to try to not say a thing and when we drive into CA have a hissy about missing a turn and OMG now we will be on the road forever and watch their reaction.
21 days and counting!!!
We will be gone 22 days!
No comment. :duck: :rotfl:
So my NOLA friends are in Houston, waiting out Gustav. It looks like Brookhaven, Hattiesburg, and Jackson might get the eastern edge of this mess. Mom, you're in Montgomery, AL, so I don't need to worry about you. My best friend's parents in Pascagoula are probably gone to Florida for good; his mom said one more storm like Katrina and she was done with the MS Gulf Coast.
So that's the cities I'm watching for this storm. *sigh*
Julie: I hope Alex is okay, I would have been running to the ER too.
Valerie/everyone else is LA. I hope you have a safe trip to AL. Wow, cat 5.
Denise: love the shirts...want to make us some? :goodvibes
Elliott's mommy: You're in our thoughts and prayers.
Just back from the ER. Apparently, I don't know what "excessive bleeding" means. :scared: I mean, when the kid soaks through two abdominal pads and then has it running down into his diaper (he normally doesn't wear diapers, it's a just in case thing since he's been so tired), I'd think that was excessive. But apparently not. Duh.
So I'm going to write 100 times tonight, "I must not panic and go to the ER". I swear the insurance is going to cut off Alex any day now.
Julie
Wow, Julie. I would have been at the ER also........probably even earlier. Hope things settle down soon.
Lois: Your grandson is VERY talented. Those drawings are really nice.
Elliott's mom: Stay safe!
I forget who (sorry) posted about their daughter now being sick since she's back in school. We've had the same thing w/Emmie. She built up an immunity to the pre-school germs & really didn't have anything in quite a while. Now that she's in kindergarten, there's a whole new set of germs to deal with. She came home last week w/a cold & cough. Its pretty much better now, but I'm wondering what's next.
The shirts look very nice. I need to get to work on ours......just don't know where to start even. :)
I agree w/Tiffany, the Leapster has been great for us. Emmie is now more 'into' it that she was a year or so ago. The problem is we have a hard time keeping up w/all the cartridges. I think we've misplaced more than we have now. :sad2: I hope to get 1 or 2 more before we leave for the cruise.
OK guys. The latest models for Gustuv show it headed VERY close to my house so we are 'running' we have reservations at an RV part in Tuscaloosa AL. WE are leaving at 1 am (camper is pretty much packed, just need to put a few cold things in the ice chest on our way out the door. Now if I can get the 4 year old to sleep so we can slip him into the truck in the morning. We aren't worried about water but we are very worried about wind damage. I'll post when I can (Not even sure if this campground has internet...but it was the only place we could find openings starting tomorrow so that we can attempt to run ahead of the mandatory evacuation out of New Orleans. ) Please keep everyone dealing with hurricanes in your prayers. This is going to be a wild one to say the least.
Stay safe, we're all praying for you. :hug:
Ok.....nothing against doctors, nurses or any other heal care workers (because I'm one too), but I'm sorry: when your child is soaking dressings with blood, I think the correct response of the non-medical parent would be to PANIC. I'd rather go to the ER under a false alarm any day than to stay at home and risk complications. Ya know? Sometimes we health care people forget that the average person doesn't know what is life-threatening and what is not......well, correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that take years of training to learn? If we all knew that, we'd all be ER nurses! Sheesh. :sad2:
Could this be FatCat?
:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
Thanks Kimberly, you rock! I was reading the instructions and still couldn't get it, but I got it now! I really appreciate it! My brain was just not processing the manual's explanation.
Check it out!
Actually, I can't take creidt for the design. It was Natalie from the CreativeDISigns thread. I was just trying to put a few on a page so I can get the best use of the transfer sheets to make T-shirts. Denise and I are becoming quite the T-shirt makers!
Great! I took it to our friends surprise 40th birthday party to get a video of the look on his face. So far so good! I also snatched a DVD recorder off woot.com a few weeks ago so I can transfer the video to DVD if I want. It is a perfect size and even with the case it will fit nicely in my backpack! Thanks for the great suggestion.
Good to hear that your NOLA friends made it out already. I think the entire nation is going to be glued to seeing if this will miraculously weaken AND not result in catastrophic damage. This has got to be emotionally difficult....that is more than enough harm.
Could this be FatCat?
Oh I'm glad it worked!! Ummm....I wouldn't be reading a manual and understanding it at 1 am either, btw!
These shirts are going to be just great!! I love the graphics! Are these the ones going on purple t-shirts? Maybe that was Denise who said that. :confused3
Yup, these are the ones going on the purple shirts. Since I was able to put three on each sheet thanks to your help, looks like we have enough transfer paper to do one more set of shirts for our crew. Hmmmm..decisions, decisions!
