Ive posted about my never ending Disney drama a few weeks ago. My bag arrived damaged, I had exchange drama, waited forever for info on when the exchange would happen, yadda yadda. Well, it's been over a month, and the other day our credit card got refunded for the purse. WHAT????!!!! I literally talked to 3 customer service reps (won't even call them CMs) about the exchange, sent 2 emails to guest services, wrote a letter and included it in the box with the purse, AND wrote "EXCHANGE" all over the dang box (as instructed by the guy on the phone). Now, I wasn't a crazy person, I had all these correspondences at different times in the entire ordeal, but apparently they take no notes on accounts.
Here is the kicker. I told the last lady that I didn't want the refund, I wanted an exchange. I told her that I would like to refuse that refund, or buy the purse back for the same price. She put me on hold and then told me that the purse wasn't on sale any longer, but there was a free shipping promo going on. I seriously almost blew up. I am a very calm person. I was losing it with this lady. I had to just laugh, and again explained that SEVERAL people in communications with me regarding this matter screwed up, and I wanted to talk to someone higher up than her. She put me on hold again, came back and told me she was emailing her manager and they said they could almost get me the sale price, but it would be $5 more. This time I did blow up. I threatened to go onto every customer service site I knew and talk about this. She put me on hold again, and said they could send me a $5 gift card (I already had a $10 gift card from the beginning of this mess). So I agreed, begrudgingly and paid my sale price +$5.
Now my large sketch is on its way, apparently, and I paid $196 for it, and I have a $15 gift card for the wristlet I want next. Not too bad, but I have been waiting for over a month! Grrrr! Customer service is just terrible, I must say.
