I have the princess wristlet. I don't think you'd be able to fit a wallet inside of it, unless it was a really small wallet. I have a small change purse that I put my cards and money in when I use it, but there is also a small pocket on the inside that you can put these into. The bucket bag might work better for you if you plan on carrying anything more than your cell phone, cards, and some cash. If you want to carry your wallet and check book, definitely go with the bucket bag. The wristlet is better for the times when you don't carry much, but unless you carry very little all the time, I don't see it being good for everyday use, if that's what you're planning on using it for. Thanks for your post..I had a really hard time deciding and I just decided to buy them both...I figured I would carry the wristlet around at school with my ID, cell phone, and probably credit cards..I'm gonna use the bucket one for everywhere else since it can probably hold a lot more. I don't like carrying purses around at school, I always use wristlets, so I figured I'd give in and buy them both. Now to let my cc cool off !! lol
 
So I didnt get a refund on my missing cosmetic bag, they gave me a $25 online GC!!! I saud are you serious? Why cant you refund my money?? No they werent helpful but they said I could use the online GC to purchase a real GC for WDW. Who knows at this point.....smh. All wanted was my cosmetic bag!

Call them back! I was told this afternoon they had the makeup bag back in stock. I should have one delivered this week.


I have always been told you can't use a DSonline gift card to but a Disney gift card.
 

Since I don't own any wristlets yet, do you think they would fit the Wave phone and a very small camera?

To answer my own question, yes the wristlet fit the wave phone, my very small camera and my lipstick perfectly!

Can Dooneys from Disneystore Online be exchanged at Disneyworld?


The official policy is no.

But I will admit that I have purchased a D&B bag in the park (with fabulous placement) and then returned the same bag from Disney Shopping (with less than stellar placement) and I just used the receipt from the park purchase to do it. The bag from Disney shopping had all the same tags/sku numbers as the park bag, was brand new, had never been used, and was even still wrapped in plastic.

Yes, it was against the rules, but I didn't see the harm, plus it made a Dis friend really happy. ;)

Some people have reported tags from online merchandise being different than tags on the same item in the parks though, so it wouldn't work in that case, but I didn't have that problem.
 
For you that have ordered recently from disney online, have they sped up there shipping time at all. Back at the last sale they were taking a long time to ship and were saying that it was because they had moved their warehouse. Thanks:)
 
I saw this bag in March when we were at the parks and I fell in love with it - but was not prepared to make such a purchase. We are going back in 49 days and hoping it is still available - has anyone been there recently to know if they have seen it by chance?

I have seen them on eBay etc, but they are listed for $50 more then what they were selling them at the park or at the Disneystore.com.

IDK.. I ordered my bag last tuesday or wednesday and its scheduled to be delivered today. I also called them back to see if they had the cosmetic bag in stock, they did so she said she will try to get it shipped to me....this is getting to be nuts! I want the bag, or my money back no GC!!!:mad:

Maybe they will drop mine off on the way to you LOL (I am in Florida too).

As excited as I am, I am also annoyed because an order I placed a week before the Dooney order still hasn't been shipped :( I guess I don't "need" the shirts but gees I thought I would get that shipped out 1st. OH well, what can you do? :confused:

I will ask "Leggs" my mailman if he has your package!:rotfl:
 
Ive posted about my never ending Disney drama a few weeks ago. My bag arrived damaged, I had exchange drama, waited forever for info on when the exchange would happen, yadda yadda. Well, it's been over a month, and the other day our credit card got refunded for the purse. WHAT????!!!! I literally talked to 3 customer service reps (won't even call them CMs) about the exchange, sent 2 emails to guest services, wrote a letter and included it in the box with the purse, AND wrote "EXCHANGE" all over the dang box (as instructed by the guy on the phone). Now, I wasn't a crazy person, I had all these correspondences at different times in the entire ordeal, but apparently they take no notes on accounts.

Here is the kicker. I told the last lady that I didn't want the refund, I wanted an exchange. I told her that I would like to refuse that refund, or buy the purse back for the same price. She put me on hold and then told me that the purse wasn't on sale any longer, but there was a free shipping promo going on. I seriously almost blew up. I am a very calm person. I was losing it with this lady. I had to just laugh, and again explained that SEVERAL people in communications with me regarding this matter screwed up, and I wanted to talk to someone higher up than her. She put me on hold again, came back and told me she was emailing her manager and they said they could almost get me the sale price, but it would be $5 more. This time I did blow up. I threatened to go onto every customer service site I knew and talk about this. She put me on hold again, and said they could send me a $5 gift card (I already had a $10 gift card from the beginning of this mess). So I agreed, begrudgingly and paid my sale price +$5.

Now my large sketch is on its way, apparently, and I paid $196 for it, and I have a $15 gift card for the wristlet I want next. Not too bad, but I have been waiting for over a month! Grrrr! Customer service is just terrible, I must say.

I'm glad you are getting your bag...but I'm sorry you had to go through so much trouble to get it! Sheesh!!!!

Wow, I ordered my t-shirts after you did and I got my order today. I wonder how they figure out their shipping.
