Does ME run on Thanksgiving Day?

We will be flying in on Southwest on Thanksgiving Day. Does the ME run on that day? We're also counting on getting a late lunch at our hotel (POR) is the food court even open on that day?

Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, and Fourth of July are Disney's busiest days and everything visible to guests is open full swing.

You will probably also be in luck getting service at the food court, because a lot of people will be in the parks by that time.
