Does Guest Services know if I received a "code"?

It seems that I received a code in the mail earlier this year and disregarded it as I wasn't planning to go to Disney.

Now that I am, would Disney still have that on "file"?

I've read of people calling to see if a code was out there in there name. Is it the general reservation number that you call? Is that something my travel agent can check on or do I have to do it?

I've never paid rack rate for a room before and I'm really antsy.

If you received that code more than a month or two ago it's most likely expired. You can always call Disney reservations and see if there are any new codes attached to your name, 407-W-Disney, but it's really luck of the draw.
