Does anyone know how to make homemade Hot cocoa??

Years ago I worked with a girl who always made homemade hot cocoa.. It was the best!! I cant remember the ingredients or amts.. I remember it had powdered milk in it but thats all I remember.. She'd make a big batch of it and leave the mix in a tub and then you just put like 2 spoons with a cup of hot water.. anyone know?

Here is a recipe for those jar gift thingys...LOL...

Ingredients:

10 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
5 ounces non-dairy creamer

1-pound Nestlé's Quick Chocolate Milk Mix

1/3 cup Sugar

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients listed above and blend well. Pour cocoa mix into glass canning jars and top with a pretty square piece of fabric. For each jar, cut a 24-inch piece of red satin ribbon. Secure the fabric onto the top of the lid by tying the ribbon into a bow around the rim of the jar.

A friend made this a few years ago and gave it as Christmas gifts. Not sure if it's the same recipe or not. I always think this needs a little more chocolate flavor, but everyone has their own taste.

2 lb. Powdered sugar
16 oz. Coffee creamer
2 lb. Nestle Quik
