I always wear my wedding ring, but sometimes I take off my engagement ring.

I NEVER take mine off -

oh - except I get hives and my fingers swell - then I have to

and when I was pregnant there was really no option in the matter -

I haven't worn mine since I got rid of the husband ;)

Tho' I do have my dad's wedding band (he passed away 10 years ago) and I wear that occasionally.

I take it off for cleaning and particularly messy things like putting on hand lotion or mixing meatloaf but generally wear it all the time. DH actually has 3 rings and is always wearing one of them.

Never when I'm at home.......but I always wear my wedding ring or some other special ring on my ring finger when I leave the house. :teeth:

With baby #1, my feet grew a whole size. With baby #2, feet stayed the same but fingers grew a whole size! Every ring I have had to pretty much get moved over to the next smaller finger. Nice...

I will probably get it resized, but I have been holding out hoping I can trade half of it in for an upgrade. The jeweler talked me into something I didn't like at the time saying it matched but would save us some money and after time, I thought it clearly did not match. So now I am happy with the solitaire part, but not the wrap around it.

DH and i bought a great wedding ring set when we got married his sister worked for a jewler and we got her 45% discount and have not worn them since the wedding

neither of us wear any jewerly not really sure why we even bought them :confused3

All the time, except at the moment DH & I are living in sin:teeth: Our rings are in getting valued & re-sized & repaired.;)

So, I am unmarried, living with a bloke & have 2 teenagers & a dog:rotfl:

I always wear mine, except like the OP said- I do take them off when I use hand lotion or put mousse in my hair.

Wore it when married. Since then on very rare instances, I'll throw it on if I'm going somewhere and want "to be left alone." LOLOLOL! In other instances when I don't have it and don't want to be approached, I cover the fingers or put them in a pocket. :teeth:

Every day all day long, but they do come off at bed time.

I don't wear mine to bed (fingers tend to swell in the night), or in the shower (afraid they will slip off), or to work out in (my ring gets enough trauma without me wearing them while I box!). I have been married since Feb. 2004 and I still wear my engagement ring too. There's a long sweet story behind the ring and I love it so much. I will always wear it. Plus it makes my wedding band look even lovlier :)

Edited to add a pic. This was taken on our wedding day :)

Don't take it off... I do occasionally twist it around on my finger to observe the "tan" line. ;)

I have dyshydrosis on my left ring finger and when I have a flare up the gold really bothers my hand.

Mine is on for a while & then off for a while. I get irritated by it and need to take it off when it's bothering me. Then it seems like I don't remember to always put it back on. :confused3

I have never taken mine off except for the last few weeks of pregnancy when my hands were too swollen.

My dad has never, ever worn a wedding band, but he and my mom have been married for 36 years now.
