Do you wear your wedding ring everyday?

I take mine off to shower, apply lotion, wash dishes etc. Dh has lost weight so his ring is way too big now. He still wears it but I'm sure he's going to lose it one of these days. I keep telling him he should go get it re-sized but so far he hasn't .

I take them off when I get home and often forget to put them back on. Occasionally, people will comment as to why I'm not wearing them. It's a matter of being forgettful, not because I don't want to wear them.

Anytime I go out, all day at work, etc. but I often remove all jewelry when I am in the house.

I put my rings on my watch band, close the watch and put them in my nightstand drawer then put them back on when I'm getting ready to leave the house.

Not that it would matter; I definitely have a "married" look

Yes I wear mine everyday all day, but I take them off before bed.

I usually wear my engagement ring and wedding band every day. I take it off to do yard work, shower, lotion, clean, swim and sleep. I can't leave the house without it, though.

24/7 - I did have to have it cut off on the occasion of my son's 13th birthday in order to have it resized. Seems I had expanded a bit since I had last removed it before he was born. Now it's loose enough that I can remove it, but I have only taken it off for and X-ray of my hand since I had it resized.

I have a small gold band, and I wear it every day. My engagement ring is just a single diamond on a band. I don't know what you call it - maybe a solitaire . I'm not a big jewelry person. It needs some work. Actually I just want to have something else done with it. The diamond is on 4 prongs and it sticks up too high and catches things. DH gave it to me when I was 17 .

My husband is on his 3rd ring, and he's only been married to me. Good thing we didn't get expensive ones .

I used to wear mine every day, but about a year ago I had to have them cut off. Still haven't fixed them. I bought a cubic zirconia replacement ring that I wear for now.

My wedding and engagement rings never come off. I will occasionally take them off for a manicure, but I wear them all the time. In fact, I can't take them off because my finger has a permanent dent where they are.

Up until I had surgery last November I had never taken it off since my husband put it on. After my surgery I made him say "with this ring I thee wed again". He thought I was nuts from the anesthetic but he did say it with one word added.... "with this ring I thee wed again...nutbar.

He has never taken his ring off. I do take my diamond engagement ring off every night, but I wear it all the rest of the time.

Wow, It's never even occured to me to take my wedding ring off unless it no longer fits my finger or something bad happens that means it has to bet cut off. I had no idea that so many people don't even wear their ring.

I take them off and forget to put them on, too. It probably happens 3 days a month, and one of those days was this past Tuesday. I also take them off to shower, put on lotion, and to do general housework. DH can't wear his all of the time because he is a commercial diver and leaving it on could present a risk to his life when he's under water. But he always puts it on when we go out or if we go to family functions.

Gosh, exactly the same answer for me....years and everything!

DW has rheumatoid arthritis and there are times she can't wear hers. When she's at the hospital she pins them to her scrubs.....they all think it's cute.....until an intern messes up.... ...then she's not the cute little one any more.....

Whenever I go out, I have a wedding band on. I do take almost all my jewelry off when I get home though (save earrings, toe ring and necklace... I sleep in those too). I used to wear a band 24/7 but when I got an anniversary band with diamonds, I didn't wear it as much (so it wouldn't get as dirty and damaged)

Mine has to be worn with my engagement ring(its a wrap), so I dont usually wear mine around the house. Im sure some stones would be missing by now. But I always put them on when I leave the house.

I only remove mine for cleaning or when I'm doing something that would get it yucky like making meat loaf or putting on lotion. DH wears his constantly, even at work. My first DH took his off the day after the wedding saying it might catch on something and break his finger. Ummm....yeah, right. I never saw it again. That should have told me something. I'm proud of the fact that I'm married to such an amazing man and want the world to know it. It's also a reminder to me that of all the women in the world he could have had he chose me.

Every day. The only time it's been off was:
1) just before I had both kids when the doctor told me to take it off.

2) whenever I'm sparring in Tae Kwon Do class or tournaments. For normal classes, I wear it.

I can't imagine not wearing it.
