How soon from now is your trip?
Granted, Undercover Tourist likely either forgot about your order or was out of stock on that kind of ticket and now it appears as if your order is now on short notice.
So they plan to have you pick up the tickets at Disney's ticket booths as will-call thus they do not plan to ship the tickets (?)
Writing is in the wall and I imagine it is getting increasingly difficult for UT to remain valid. Unfortunately, I imagine UT has recently cut back.
I imagine it's tough to remain competitive reselling tickets. So why do ppl buy from UCT over DW? I've always wondered. Just looking at their site now...
7-day MYW for $334, save $10.
What's the point? Save $10? You can get $33 off buying them from WDW and using the Target 10%-off gift cards.
I paid $1558 for tix via Disney (7-day MYW) 3A 2C. Same thing via UCT would have run $334.45 x 3 + $269.99 x 2. $1543.33
I paid $1558, less 9.75% thanks to Target, or $1406.10. UCT can't touch this.
Even if no Target discount and paying cash, I'd take a $15 surcharge to buy from Disney ($1558 vs $1543) and not deal w any of this.
Just wondering, as I've never done it. Is there some benefit other than the $10 off? Is there some special elsewhere that you combine to make these worth it?

If you buy from UT using the Mousesaver's link, you save even more , also the UT price INCLUDES the tax - the WDW ticket price does not.
Depending on how many tickets you are buying and your length of stay, the savings can be significant.

We've bought thousands of dollars worth of non-expiring park hopper tickets from UCT over the years through Mousesavers and it saved us well over the 10% Target discount. And way more than $10.
And every single time Disney decides to raise their prices on anything to fund MM+ I come out more ahead. Oh, the irony.
Just an FYI on target disney gift cards- it's been reported on the budget board that the target pharmacy 5%off coupon no longer applies to disney gift cards, so now the discount is only 5% for using target red card.![]()
