Do GT rates ever change after they are released?

I know the GT rates have been scarce lately but I was wondering if DCL has ever lowered the GT rates after they have been released.
(If a OGT rate is offered on a fall cruise for $1200 pp is there a chance it could go lower to $1000 pp if the ship is still full of availability or does DCL stick to their original GT rate offering no matter how open the ship still is?)

It has happened, but I don't know how often that happens versus the GT rate selling out.

*GT rates can change -- lower or higher. Or disappear entirely. It's a gamble if you opt to wait. If the offer you find is within what you consider to be an acceptable range to pay, I suggest booking as soon as possible.
