Hope someone can help- we've just gotten back and have completed 2 surveys that we got postcards for, one for the Animal Kingdom and one for the Polynesian. The website is disneysurvey(.)com. After spending 1/2 hour on each, we go to submit and my computer says it wants to run a program with a .dll extension, and it doesn't have a program to do it with. So I hit cancel out of that, and the website says 'access denied.'

Ok (and kids hide your eyes), did the d*@n thing do through? I want to get any codes or coupons- I mean, help disney with my thoughtful feedback as much as I can, so when this happens I just want to toss the computer out the window.

Each trip we've been on, we've also gotten the survey, but never that message, it's gone through.

Hmmm - I just completed one this evening from our GF stay, and it went right through Sorry it's giving you trouble...

Re the survey -don't you hate when you "rate" one of the items they ask you to rate, the next screen asks you to explain WHY you rated it this way? It sure gets old on EVERY item, though I'm like you and want to be open to any perks they might throw our way for answering these!

You don't get any "coupons" or "perks" for filling out the survey, it is voluntary. All they want is your feedback on your trip. They give out thousands of those postcards to go online.

We just did ours tonight, as well. The survey also specifically mentioned at the end that responders would not be contacted concerning any of their responses.
