Just back from a great stay at YC. Had a perfect resort view room - 1092. View of the ga ebo and side view of water and fireworks.

Booked a bounce back for June 22- August 2, 2025. Hard to choose between BC & YC. We love the vibe of BC, but couldn’t take a chance on the Juliet balcony.

Dee- add us to the 2025 Be Our Giest list whenever you have a chance!

Las time we stayed at the BC was October 2022 and we got a cabana for our pool day and it worked out perfect. Back in 2022 I called at the 60 day mark and got the cabana no problem. We are going back in August 2025 and I'm going to assume that getting a cabana in August will be more difficult. Any experiences getting one in August would be appreciated.

August 2025 is going to be a big unknown. SAB is going to be refurbished in 2025 (Jan-Jun) so there may still be 4 Cabanas, zero or 8 or some random number. We will not know until well into the refresh.

That’s a valid point. Wasn’t even thinking about changes with the refurb!

My in laws arrive at BC on Sunday. The last time we were there in Sept 2022 they we testing blue bracelets to get in the pool. This created a problem as they were not able to be removed once you put it on without cutting it off. Does anyone know if they are still using these or something similar that cannot be removed once worn unless cut? Just trying to figure out if they need to bring scissors, this was an issue in 2022 with many trips to the front desk to get scissors.

Yes, they are using the plastic bands. Tonight I used my scissors to cut it off. I have a small pair with rounded tips that will go through TSA in checked luggage, no prob.

We are arriving past midnight in October and checking out for another WDW resort a few hours later. I was told we get to use the pool the entire day we checkout. Sounds good to me. We are hoping for warm weather.
