Does anyone know if the new Magical Express option for transfers for people and luggage to your room from Orlando airport apply for DVC stays?

Yes, All of the Disney Resorts will participate in the Magical Express. If you are a DVC Member, you will be getting the appropriate luggage tags in the mail. If you have rented points, remind the member who you rented the points from to send along the luggage tags when Disney sends them to him/her. From what I understand, this program will start on May 1, 2005. So far, this service will be at no charge.

Yes, this will be extended to DVC stays. This program starts May 5th. You need to call MS with your airlline info ahead of you arrival time. They told me I will receive special luggage tags and other info on what to do and how it works about 21 days prior to your trip.

We are going to use this service on May 6th, I will post how it went when we return.

To clarify this, anyone on any airline staying at a Disney resort at WDW can use the service. Only those on 'participating' airlines can check their bags and get their boarding passes at the resort for the return trip, but everyone else can still use it and just check in at the airport in Orlando like normal.
