I looked everyday and did not see anything until today!

Once again we get great service with our Disney Visa!

Yeah I sent an email asking why I had not been notified- or why it was not on the site.

The response - your email must filter it out - that is a crock as nothing gets filtered at the server - it all comes to my outlook and can then be directed to a junk folder which I check daily.

Chase just cannot seem to get right.........

I called Chase and got the exact answer which is nonsense. That must be their scripted response for the screw up.

I got an email from DisneyRewards on the 9th with all the information. It did go to my junk folder but it was there.
