Yep, it's hard for me and I hate dieting! This has been week one and ugh...but I've stuck with it but tonight we've been invited out for mexican food and I LOVE mexican!!
I need to plan ahead because I can't mess up now before weigh in tomorrow!! Did I mention I hate dieting!!!
On a positive note: I ran today for 2.55 miles in 37 min. I am not breaking any speed records! I still have a sore muscle in my inner thigh and now I am limping - I hope the soreness goes away by Sat. my next run day!! If not I may have to take two days off because I don't want it to turn into a 'real' injury.
