Hi Everyone!
Congratulations to everyone on their losses. It seems like forever since I was online. I just caught up on everyone's progress. I've had a really busy week at work (no where as hectic as Cheryl). I did go to the gym a couple of times last week (I did a Habitat for Humanity build last Friday and it took me four days to be able to walk around normally). I really watched my diet and actually logged in a -2 loss this week! I haven't had that good of a week in 6-9 months.
I'm spending the weekend visiting my DS (18) he's been working this summer at a Boy Scout camp as staff. We spent the day at a Renaissance Faire, went to Wal-Mart and did laundry. Boy do we know how to have a good time! It's just great to get to see and talk to him again.
Anyway, I'll try and get back to the boards more often. Just knowing you all are here is a great inspiration to me and keeps me on track. Keep up the good work everyone.
