Good morning Cruisers! I hope you all had a great weekend. I'm proud to say that our cruise is now really and truly paid off. My kids keep asking if its time to leave for the Mickey cruise. They can't wait! Me either!!!!

Any one going to go out and see Superman??

Good Morning to all.
If anyone sees Superman, please post here what you think about it. What ages it is appropriate for, etc.

We often wait until movies are on TV or DVD but we went to see CARS the first weekend it was out. We wanted to send a message that America wants clean family oriented movies. We figured it is best to vote with our money. We enjoyed it and will definitely buy it when it comes out on DVD. My new expression is a quote from Mater "I'm havin' more fun that a tornado in a trailer park!" And I say it with a southern accent. (I am from upstate NY and live in Indiana, so southern is not my heritage, but it is necessary in that quote!)

Sure wish we could get Roy back in the GOLDEN MICKEY presentation!

wouldn't that be cool! I'm here, I'm here! I have some serious catching up to do DIS wise. A BIG hello to those joining our crazy group! I'll be sure to get your names added to the cruise list by some time tomorrow.

Lunamum, its going to take a lot to step on our toes. We've got pretty thick skin. :smooth:

An 80's night meet?! Sounds like fun esp. AFTER the kids are asleep! The ship is basically open 24hrs anyway right?!

YEP!!!! We were talking at work and per month it is cheaper to be on a cruise than a nursing home!!!!
So we are going to come up with a cruise boat nursing home!! :teeth:

Hello From rain soaked NJ.... rained all weekend here and it is still raining...

THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

A BROAD AND DIFFUSE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE EXTENDS OVER THE FLORIDA PENINSULA. THIS SYSTEM...COUPLED WITH AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW OVER THE NORTHWESTERN BAHAMAS...IS ENHANCING SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY OVER PORTIONS OF THE FLORIDA PENINSULA AND THE ADJACENT WATERS. THIS SYSTEM WILL LIKELY BE ASSOCIATED WITH GUSTY WINDS AND CONTINUED HEAVY RAINS OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AS IT MOVES GENERALLY NORTHWARD. FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO YOUR AREA...PLEASE CONSULT PRODUCTS ISSUED BY YOUR LOCAL NWS FORECAST OFFICE.

A SMALL AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IS LOCATED ABOUT 1075 MILES EAST- SOUTHEAST OF THE SOUTHERN WINDWARD ISLANDS. SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS NOT EXPECTED.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH TUESDAY.

You didnt hurt my feelings I understand what you meant!!

Ditto here as well! I hope it didn't seem as if I was offended. I'm not at all. Looking forward to hanging out in the adult areas ;)

Apparently they have a lip sync contest with the passengers. They do Bon Jovi vs The Go-Go's. Maybe we could be the Go-Go's?

The Kids Club is open until midnight-1am. They do movies late at night and I plan on bringing DS in his pajamas. My parents cannot stay up late so he will be picked up by them and sleep in their cabin on 80's night. :cool1:

Yup, rain soaked here on the gulf coast of Florida too!

Hehehe, we're all in the same boat :boat: ... in more ways than one! :rotfl: :lmao:

Well, I did it.
I broke down and ordered a new bathing suit.
Actually, I bought three! DH is fully aware, and is only supporting me because they are all two-piece.

66 days to get bikini ready, ACK!!!!! :yay:

I don't know if any of you ladies have ever used Newport News for bathing suits, but they are wonderfully reasonable and you can build your own! I got all three for $78 including shipping.....I love a bargain.

Happy Monday! Can't wait for 80's night.....

It's raining Pittsburgh PA too! We might need a :boat: soon.

Oh my heavens! You guys are getting our usual weather and we're having some sort of freakish heat wave! :sunny:

I hope you guys are all staying relatively dry and aren't floatin' away (well not yet at least).

(Loved the "we're all in the same boat" :rotfl: comment)

Erica, congrats on not only finding a swimsuit but being confident enough to actually go out in public in it! As for me, there is not enough spandex in the world to get my big ol' butt and gutt in a two piece suit, but hey, I don't let that stop me from swimming! I have no shame, :teeth:

66 days! It still seems so far away but then I look on my calendar and see the circle I made around the 100 day mark and it doesn't seem that bad at all

Disney is going to charge for a new excursion with me around. Swim with Shamu! Oh well, I guess I have to take the long walk of shame to Castaway Cay. :rotfl2:
Let's call it the "SWIM WITH SHAMU FAMILY" excursion. I'm with ya sister!

I LOVE IT! Sign me up for THAT one! :cool1:

People on these boards often refer to themselves as "Pooh Sized". I love that. In some ways though, I think I am closer in looks to my all time favorite Disney Character - Dumbo!

I think he's adorable though so its all good! Though when I was younger and I would pull my hair back in a pony tail, my ears could cast quite the unique shadow! :dumbo:
