I LOVE IT! Sign me up for THAT one!

People on these boards often refer to themselves as "Pooh Sized". I love that. In some ways though, I think I am closer in looks to my all time favorite Disney Character - Dumbo!

I think he's adorable though so its all good! Though when I was younger and I would pull my hair back in a pony tail, my ears could cast quite the unique shadow!

Personally, I have used the hippo in the tutu from Fantasia to describe myself...especially years ago when I took a Mommy & Me dance class (HEAVENS! ) with my DD who was 2 at the time! What a sight THAT was...especially next to little miss cutsie dance teacher who spent more time oggling herself in the mirror than teaching. I am just thankful that dance-wear wasn't required for the moms! (Poor little kids!)

I got inspired by ya'll swim suit posts. I looked at Newsport news, Ebay, and Chaddwicks. I hope to visit Kohl's, Penneys, and Marshalls later. Sorry, but for me I nearly spit out my popcorn looking at the Newsport news site. Very cute suits, but no for this post partum body. I need super spandex every where. Invisible spandex on my thighs would be nice too.

I agree with Really Fun Mom. We should have a cut off date for signing up for the Cruisin' Goodies so we can get to buying our other items. Good point RFM. What are your thoughts Dawn (Blackunicorn)?

Well if ya'll are Shamu I must be a waddling penguin. My arms wobble and my thighs are thick, plus I'm short too boot. Aint that a pretty picture?

I kept going back 10 pages at a time trying to get to post 1590 but it was taking too long. Is there a way to send yourself to a particular page? Actually, cutting and pasting all the impt info from post 1590 into any of the posts on page 1 would work too. That's always easy to find, just an idea.

Yes, If you right click on the address line at the top of your computer http://www.disboards.com/fnfnfnfnnfeoriweoriwerere (capture all that language) then scroll down to copy. Write yourself an e-mail and paste that link line that you copied into the text box of the e-mail you are sending yourself. This thread is hopping. Well....to be honest, I messed up and put my MOM on the banana boat ressie with my two boys. (I need to fix that when we board!) I wasn't planning on doing it (yet), still waitng for DD to be old enough. I don't want her to feel bad. We'll be off splashing in the tropical waters, of that you can be certain. I wonder what the weight test is on those bananas....wouldn't want to be the one to break it. Then again, I have a couple of years yet (to get bigger....or wait, no....to get SMALLER! That's it, that's how it works!!!)

I was wondering about the treat bags. I know it was discussed at some point, but I can't seem to find what was decided on how the treats were getting put in the treat bags.

The reason I'm asking is that I am interested in contributing something for the little DIS pirates traveling in our group, but am not sure when I could get the stuff to the person assembling the bags.

I have no idea what my sis is going to want to do but I don't want to ditch her too much, so I can't commit to a whole lot in terms of meets and linking dining and all that but I DO want to participate in some way!

I know I need to also sign up for the bracelets....

Well anyway, if someone could tell me what the process would be to get the treats to the right person and when, where, etc. then I can at least know better whether or not that would be something i could commit to or not.

We were planning to meet. If you want, I will PM you my cabin number and you can just bring it to me. We could arrange a time. I am the actual purchaser of the bags-which by the way NO ONE gave their opinions on the XL bags I found at deadmentellnotales website. So I am buying those. I figure if everything doesn't fit in the bags we can spread them out at dinner on the tables.

You all kill me! For my DS's pool party one of the moms called and asked if she could bring her toddler. I said "of course! just bring her suit" The mom asked if I was wearing a swimsuit because she wasn't sure. My response "of course, who cares." My DBF then proceeds to insist that I wasn't being fair because even though I think I'm "pooh sized", he knows I'm not and what if the mom who called is "pooh sized". Sure enough the mom shows up with her suit on and there is absolutely no reason for to not wear a suit. She was no where near "pooh sized", she was a normal size.

The moral: I do not believe any of you! Women are more critical of themselves than necessary.

I'm wearing a bikini and I don't care what anyone thinks!
