Disney Pin Exchange - Names are out!!

We had a lot of fun with this last year and there have been requests for a new one - Sign-ups are now going on for the Disney Pin Exchange. Sign ups will last until May 6, and the mail by date is May 13. Please only sign up if you are able to mail by the send by date. If you are interested, please pm me the following info.

*If your child is participating, then please list their gender and age. If there is 5 or more children participating, there will be a kids group, if not, they will be put together with the adults

The exchange will be for two pins - they do not have to be new but they do have to be in good condition!

You would just send all the requested info. to the organizer, and after the exchange closes, she will send you a name and info. of a DISer that you will send your pins to.
After you have sent out your pins, just post on the sent/recieved thread which will be started after the names have gone out, and when you have recieved your exchange, you will just post who you had gotten your exchange from and what it is.

Hey Glynis!!!

If someone does not fulfill their part of the exchange - we use elves to send the pins out to people who didn't get them -this stops the host from having to send out a bunch of pins - although last time I hosted this - the only problem we had was that Katrina hit the week we were supposed to send the pins - and I believe they all eventually sent their pins

We'll be in Disney, so I figure that is what I'll do. It'll make pin trading that week more interesting as I search for some good pins to mail out.

Ok...I'm slooooooow...and have never done exchange before....so please help me....

I think my DS would love to do this as he really likes doing the pins when we're at Disney, but pretty much ignores them the rest of the year....if he does this, does he mail TWO Disney copyright pins to the same person or does he send one pin to one person and one pin to another person? Does he then get actual Disney pins (not those flaky fake ones) in the mail from another kid?

Do we need to send anything w/the pins????

You could send your pins from Disney.

That would work but I leave before names are handed out. I do have a plan in place that if I can't get name before I leave I'm still good.

Yes your son would send 2 Disney copyrighted pins, both pins will go to the same person. And than your son will get 2 Disney coyrighted pins from someone.

Some people send other things, others do not. You do not have to send anything other than the pins, if you don't want to.
