But..... 50th ANNIVERSARY in WDW.Maybe to keep us Magic Key holders & Cali locals quiet since they gave us a program that barely allows us to ever go to the park and also upped prices on literally everything. It's a classic Disney bait & switch move. And I'm not gonna lie, I fell for it. I saw that tease today and I instantly forgot about the price hikes

We already had a Buzz Lightyear tv show, I just don't know why they couldn't make a new character, maybe one to continue the lightyear legacy or something. Metaphorical origin story for a toy seems weird.

This event is wonderful. I went last year and it was the best thing I did all holiday season. Making a trip back down in early December to go again (Disney, too). It's amazing and supporting a great cause!
