Okay..."grammy" here again...I purchased two of the Disney Max Clips that someone posted about awhile ago (good deal at Sears)...now I'm looking at the box and wondering what I else I need to go with it. It says...Disney Mix and Max clips sold separately - okay...I understand that - but where do I find them? and is that all we need?? It looks like the ear phones and the connection is in the box already. It says "watch your favorite videos on a color LCD screen".....is that what's on the Mix and Max clip????

Lord....If I didn't feel old before I started looking at all this stuff...I sure do now! It used to be so easy...just buy them all a teddy bear and tie a ribbon around it's neck!!!!!!!!!:rotfl: Barb

Hi, yep you can buy the mix clips for music, and max clips for shows or movies. The Max Clips can be difficult to find. For example, my Target used to carry a small selection. Now they don't carry them at all. I would suggest buying a couple SD cards and using a software like Magic DVD Ripper to convert DVD's they already own to the Disney Mix Max.wmv format. Or if the Mix/Max's are for gifts maybe just buy a couple SD cards or maybe gift cards for music downloads to go with them.

If you go the SD card route Magic DVD Ripper can be downloaded from the internet and is free for limited uses before you'd have to buy it. There are other similar software available, I just don't know the names. disneymixcentral.com has some disney shows you can purchase and download and music as well. We buy songs from walmart.com and they work fine. I'm sure you'll get alot more information and advice here.

I lost you as soon as you said...."I would suggest buying a couple SD cards and using a software like Magic DVD Ripper...." from then on...it was downhill for me!! :lmao: I have no idea what all this stuff is...or how to work it!!!
So....I am going to print out what you wrote...and put it into the box with their gift....
on that note?? by buying these things...did I open myself up to buying a gazillion dollars worth of attachments and "downloads" for them?
I'm thinking I should have stuck with the teddybears!!!
Thank you so much...for your answer...and for thinking that I was "up" on all this technology!!! You are amazing!!! :flower3: Barb
