We just returned from POR where there were cheerleaders EVERYWHERE.
To be honest... I didn't see any problems all week. We arrived on the 1st and left on the 9th. The families of the girls were all really nice and the cheerleaders we met or saw were behaving themselves as well. We had NO noise issues and the only reason I knew it was Pop Warner week is because someone told me here... you couldn't tell much at the resort.
The buses were a little crowded coming back from late EMH parks but otherwise everything was smooth sailing!
In reference to the groups being kicked off property...it was probably a good decision. Technically I'm never allowed back to the Canadian side of Niagra Falls.... back in 1985 two members of the youth group I was in at the time walked out of a restaurant w/o paying and we were all banned for life.
