Disney Gift Card Deals

Wow I wonder what I did wrong. I still have not received the email from them and it just shows processing still.

I'm in the same boat :-( . It was my first order, and it still says processing. They never sent a verification email, or charged my bank account. I did it early yesterday morning too. I'm pretty frustrated because now apparently the $50 gift cards at Target are gone.

I'm not having any luck getting the Paypal discount to apply. I log on to my Paypal account and followed that shop link for the Target discount. I'm buying a Southwest GC for $100 (all out of the $50s). It shows my Target debit card discount but not the Paypal and I'm at the complete order page. My total is $95 but I expected it to be $90.25.

Edited to add: I thought it might be the Southwest that was preventing the Paypal discount--like it's a different category--so I tried to buy a $100 Disney GC instead, but it appears they are now out of stock of those also.

Discounts and 5% off have only ever worked on Disney gift cards to my knowledge. They are not supposed to work on gift cards really at all but Disney gift cards are classified as "entertainment" for some reason.

Just recieved verification call from cardpool. She told me that if you use the same cc to pay every time and all same info should not need verification again. Also said there is a $2000 limit but should be bought in small quantities. She gave me a phone number to call if purchasing over $2000 to call ahead of time to avoid delays

That happens all the time. They are "out of stock" online pretty frequently.

I bet the deal wont die soon. Today is the last day for a Target code as well that was also 5.00 off 50.00. So some people were using that instead of the Paypal link. I would just hope that the gift card resale sites can keep up.

Thanks to Cardpool for taking 24 hours to process my cards, now Target is sold out! Boo, hiss! I tried the $100 cards, but it won't put them in my cart. I guess we'll all just have to wait to see if when they get the cards back in stop if the Paypal offer will still be there. Probably not, they might have caught on to all of us . Well as the saying goes, "all good things must come to an end"

4 of my 5 have shipped, they took about 18 hours between ordering and shipment confirmation. The 5th one I added in last minute right before I went to sleep last night, glad I didn't wait!

I'm paranoid that Paypal is going to pull the code well before 12/31 at this rate. Or make it not valid on Disney gift card purchases.

I'm not going to give up on the PayPal thing yet. The fact is, we are buying from two seperate places. Every single time we go through paypal, both target and paypal are making money. None of them know we are using discounted gift cards. I bet it will come back in stock and still be avaliable.

I bought the Target deal and my first 6 have shipped within 24 hours. I went back late last night and added 4 more and those are still processing. Stupid me didn't think about Ebates until the last 4 so I missed out in that 2% or $6 savings in the first ones.

So here is what I hope to do. Buy the Target Gift Cards at an ~ 7% Discount (Raise, cardpool or whatever).
Pay for them using my Paypal Debit Card which gives me 1.5% cash back.
Then purchase the Disney Gift card through Paypal at 10% off ($5.00 off of $50.00)
Use the "Red Card" as default payment but add the Gift card Payment at the end for an additional 5% off

Does this seem doable? This seems like it could be almost 22% off not counting the 1.5% cash back from using my Paypal Credit/debit Card. It could be awesome.

Wait, I'm confused. I get using Raise to get the Target GC. But when you buy the Disney GC from the target website wouldn't you need to pay with paypal to get the 10% off ($5 from $50)?
