These make me wanna stay there so bad! No way in H-E-double hockey sticks can I afford it though... Why did that new Maxima have to come out! LOL

I was just wondering if anyone has any pics of the Crystal Palace breakfast buffet....that was one of our most favorite meals when we went and unfortunetly I did not even think to take pics of the food and I am craving the Crystal Palace.....hopefully it will hold me over somewhat until November 2009...probably not but at least it will for the moment....I have pics of the decor and the parade that pooh and his friends do just not the food....

I know this isn't from the Counter Service, but we took these in December 2008.

We really enjoyed what we had there and hope to make it back there next month.

We don't have Yak and Yeti planned because the family isn't keen on asian food but that Dim Sum Basket looks so soooooooooo good.

I agree! We may have to see about doing a Yak & Yeti lunch reservation.

How was everything?

Tony's was just fine - basic Italian food. I was a little apprehensive about this restaurant because I had not read good things about it but it was good. My chicken parm. was HUGE, but it was moist and I thought the sauce was enjoyable.

Apple crepe w/ berries, vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce

Granted, alot of the ice cream had melted by the time I took the pic, but this dish was just swimming in caramel sauce!
[/IMG]

Looks like you got an overzealous chef who liked his sauce :rotfl: I saw another picture of the apple crepe and the sauce didn't cover the plate...in fact it was on the crepe but not even touching the ice cream which was already melting. But...the other pic I saw only had strawberries....looks like you had half strawberry, raspberry and a blackberry.

:worship: Praying that our chef doesn't hit the sauce too hard!

What is this one? Fish I imagine, but trying to match it up to the menus and only find these two, neither description fits the photo:

Pan-seared Halibut - topped with Tomato confit served over braised red beets

Seared King Salmon - served over orzo vegetable salad with tomoto vinaigrette

What is that?

Not the OP but I can answer this question. Those are dipped marshmallows from Goofy's candy company in downtown disney. This is a must do!!

You choose from 4 marshmallows, 3 pretzel rods, a giant oreo-like cookie or an apple (I know I'm forgetting something else. Oh, I know, a giant rice krispie treat). You have your choice of dipping in caramel, white, milk or dark chocolate. It is then placed in a variety of toppings like nuts, sprinkles and various crushed candies (you can have 1 or 2 I think). Then drizzled in any of the dipping choices.

Both of my boys selected marshmallows with sprinkles and crushed oreos. I had pretzels dipped in dark chocolate, rolled in pecans and drizzled with caramel - yummmmmmy

These are considered a snack if you are on the dining plan except for the apple. Lots of fun too!

Well, here's one CS in MK - Casey's. We love the cheese fries!

DSC02854.jpg

:confused3 Is the cheese part of the cheese fries, simply that you get a small cup of cheese sauce to dip it in? I assume the red is ketchup? Or is this a condiment bar and you got cheese sauce for your fries?
