I was wondering if you can use your DDE card at POR food court or if it is good only at resturants

If the hotel does not have a sit down restaurant you can use the DDE card in the food court. So at the All Stars you can use it, but at the CBR you cannot. I can't remember if the POR has a restaurant or not yet though, sorry about that.

At Port Orleans Resort you can use your DDE card at
Boatwright's Dining Hall and River Roost for Riverside.
and in the French Quarter,
Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory, and Scat Cat's Club
