I just gathered all my BF receipts - so I am ready to do my recap

I woke up at 4:15 and was out the door by 4:30 - I was going to get my mom and head to Wal-Mart - I called her to let her know I was on my way and said - last chance to back out - AND SHE DID!!! (what a wimp!!)

so I headed to Wal-Mart - I wasn't too concerned with early bird deals so I headed back to toys and got the things I could before 5:00 am - then I grabbed a few early bird specials - toys and such and went to pay at the Garden Center - BIG TIP - the lines at the front were 10 people deep - no one was in the garden center - I was out the door by 5:20 and headed to Meijer -

Meijer was EMPTY compared to Wal-Mart and I meandered through the store a little more - got what I needed and headed out the door and was at walgreens by 6:40 - grabbed Digital camera and paid (had to wait to pay at 7:00) and was at Ace hardware at 7:00 to get my little dipper (a mini crockpot for dips) for $2 after rebate - the line was long here and they just weren't used to this type of crowd

then I headed to the mall and got to KB toys by 7:40 am - I had to wait about 15 minutes to get in the store - it was nice that they limited how many could go in b/c it is usually too crowded - and I was able to get some good B1G1 free fisher price toys - then I had to take my toys back to the car and head to the Disney store

everything before 10 am was an additional 20% off - I went crazy!! PJ's ($8) for my kids, my sister's kids, a stuffed lumpy ($8) - a belle sweater for Julia, a stuffed Mickey ($4), Goodnight princess dolls ($8) and the best part for every $75 you spent you got a free movie - I got two free Cinderella movies!!

Next was gymboree - but as my kids have gotten older I have become too practical and paying $20 for a sweater even after a discount was too much for me!!

Off to bath & body works - wallflowers - my favorite thing - were $5 but they didn't have the Christmas scents! so I unloaded in the car again and headed to have lunch (yes it was 10 am when I had lunch) checked my lists - went to white Barn and was able to get the Christmas wallflowers and then walked the mall to see if there were any other great deals

not finding anything else - I left the mall at 10:45

my mom, oldest sister and I are shoppers - my other sister is not - never has been - she lives in Denver - we all went to the mall one day and after 2 stores she said - how long are we going to be here!! Anyway - guess who was the next one at the mall - the one who lives in Denver -I was SHOCKED!! so she and I were on the phone trying to coordinate - and then my other sister headed out - it fun when we can all chat and look for deals on the cell phone even when we are 1000 miles apart!!

off to K-Mart - where my day stalled - I was in line from 11:20-12:20 just to get a pooh table and chairs for my kids playroom - they better love that table!!

then to Meijer (again) this was a different one - I was in quest of a Chad Johnson Bengal's jersey - no luck so off to Value City -I went in for a snowglobe - they had Disney princess ones for 5.99 - $175 later I walked out the door to office depot for half price ink that was a great deal!!

Went to Staples for my dad - they didn't have what he wanted and then to my parent's house to unload my car at 3:30

then to Kohl's where I had 15% off - and earned $30 in Kohl's cash!! I love Kohl's and got a lot of clothing gifts taken care of

then to Target - I thought that I didn't want much there but my cart started to fill up - my mom called and told me she had a 10% off shopping pass and brought it to me - I went WILD!! If I thought I wanted it - I bought it - it will be easy to return anything I change my mind on - my total savings at target $45

finally I headed home and to bed

in the mail today came a $15 office depot coupon - so during Nick's nap Julia and I headed out - first to meijer - then to office depot where I rebought my 1/2 price ink with my $15 off coupon - that was an AWESOME deal!! and then to WalMart

After I put the kids bed tonight I read the Budget board and found out KMart had a misprint on a $50 PS2 game my sister was looking for - they had it listed as 412.99 instead of $49.99 (they meant to put Version I on sale not Version II) oops - so I called my sister and she headed out and got it tonight - she was happy and I think that was my best BF deal of them all!!

Is anyone still reading? It wore me out typing what I did - how did I ever do it?!?!

Good news is - I am almost done Christmas shopping!! Unless things go on sale for a better price than I paid yesterday!!!!!!

Good news is - I am almost done Christmas shopping!! Unless things go on sale for a better price than I paid yesterday!!!!!!

We WERE at the mall at the same time!

I finished up at the Disney store at 9:30 (the mall was my last stop) and went to KB after that..... while you were probably right there at the food court!

I like this that I did for the back, but I would love to do it with a live Donald (since the front is the "live" picture). BTW, I'm going to print 2 to one page for both Davis and Rees' shirts. Also making me a FMT shirt.

This is the front of the shirt. DD is wearing her Minnie Mouse costume.

We went to CM's during our October trip and Donald wasn't there. In fact I've never seen him there. Is he now a character that regularly shows up there?

ITA!!!!! I already have my list for this week's shopping done!! I have a lot of coupons I earned on BF - spend $50 get $10 off etc. so I need to go use those!!

Oh, boy!! We're supposed to leave a week from tomorrow and my daughter's in intensive care. She has diabetes (since she was 10) and went way out of control. She has been under a lot of stress lately, and like a pressure cooker, when it gets to be too much pressure - she blows. Her blood sugar was so high that the machine couldn't measure it. Last night it was down to a little over 200, but this morning she's vomiting again. Usually once she gets an insulin drip and gets hydrated, she bounces right back and would be out of the hospital in a couple of days. We need some pixie dust that she gets under control soon so we can make our trip as planned.

She has been under a lot of stress lately, and like a pressure cooker, when it gets to be too much pressure - she blows. Her blood sugar was so high that the machine couldn't measure it. Last night it was down to a little over 200, but this morning she's vomiting again. Usually once she gets an insulin drip and gets hydrated, she bounces right back and would be out of the hospital in a couple of days. I'm a diabetic, and mine has been very high too due to stress. I'm also a RN. I am sending you PD and lots of prayers. Let me know if there is anything I can do. Hugs to you all.

Thanks, Denise. There IS something you can do. You can go to WDW and have a wonderful time. I'm optimistic she'll be out of the hospital in a few days, but might not be quite up to par for the trip (but she'll go anyway - and we'll just take it a lot easier than originally planned. We weren't planning commando, anyway). Hope to see you on the 6th!

Thanks, dumby. By the way, my daughter is 42 and has been dealing with this for 32 years now - that's why I am so optimistic that she will be well enough to go (but you can always use pixie dust and prayers to help it along).

And congrats to all on the BF deals! WOW - some of you did amazing!! I went out for the first time in a long time, and ended up getting some good deals (free Sirius satellite receiver at CC; 25% off in a rebate on the HP 8250 printer for my MIL at Office Depot; and a windfall of holiday decorations at Michael's - I went crazy there!). But, I was home by 9:15 a.m. (out at 5 a.m.) so I could get ready for the Longhorn game. (Yikes - that was close!)

And, HAVE FUN to all those leaving soon! In less than 24 hours I will be there - getting ready to make my shirts, and will try to post pics later.

I owe someone a HUGE thank you!! But I am not sure who - my kids got a card full of stickers from "a friend" who they of course believe is Mickey Mouse - but Mommy knows better!! DH lost the envelope so I am not sure who it is from! Whoever it was THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Well, I looked around for you (I knew Amy said she wouldn't dare go out, even if she were in town) but the place was PACKED! I wasn't in there long though, I might have just missed you. I was probably in there from right around 9:05 or 9:10 - 9:30. I probably followed you to the other side of the mall, but I swear I looked for you!
