Hi, everyone! We're home for another 56 hours! Trip was great. My brother and SIL gave us our present early. A mini DVD camcorder! OMG! I cried. It is so awesome.

AND... I just opened the most unbelievable care package from the Queen herself! The kids nearly died. They LOVED it all. They have their totes packed with all the stuff. I cannot believe you did all that for me. The card with the LAMINATED clip board (complete with list), the ornaments, the coloring books and pens, the clip on card games, the big book (and my paper-thank you). You are undeniably the sweetest, most generous person. Guess I need to start an I worship Kate thread. And of course I cried when I saw how much trouble and effort and LOVE went into making it all for us.

Tink2020, hope DH is feeling better.
Bengalbelle, whew! Close.
Glynis, you go girl. 30 pounds is awesome.
Miss Missy, shirts look great!

Glad everyone else had a tremendous holiday and successful BF. DH and I went and got some more t-shirts and the kids that V-tech pocket game system with 6 games. Anyone have that for their kids?

Glad to be back. I can't believe we go on Tuesday am!
Glad you're back safely!! How sweet of Kate to send you the package, but I can't think of a more deserving person. I can't believe your trip is almost here and I'm completely jealous! WDW is so beautiful at Christmas and I know ya'll will have a magical trip!! I can't wait to hear about it.

Take LOTS and LOTS of pictures to share with us when you get back!

And you're right, too close!

so Nick is just learning to REALLY talk and is saying a lot of new words - he's not so good with his s's yet! he says them more like sh than s

DH and I have been cracking up all day long b/c Nick's new word today is sit :rotfl:

There are others similar to this on my design thread!

Not doing what I'm supposed to be doing, as usual :)

Could you post this without a date? I am making some pictures to hang on my wall for decoration and want to use them in the future too.

Thanks
Deb

Beautiful! How do you think this would look on a lime green shirt? ;) I have one more shirt to do for Stephanie and it's lime green, so I was gonna do Tink, but I love this one!! LOL

This is the BF shirt I am making for myself next year - I kid you not - I spent one hour in the Kmart line yesterday that was 9 people deep when I got in line - they spent 1/2 hour doing a price check for one lady - I didn't switch lines b/c I was sure they would be back any second!!! and I was 3 in line at that point!!

OK, I'm back and recovered from my BF escapades. I just caught up on the 7 pages that I missed. I was in line at BB at 2:30AM with my SIL. My dm got there at 1:50 AM, but was only 2 people in front of us. We were numbers 5 and 6 in line. We each got a desktop and everything else we wanted. They also did the vouchers. By the time the doors opened at 5 AM there must have been 600 people in line. The lines moved very slowly so I had SIL hold my place while I went to Staples to get everything that I wanted there with the exception of the internal hard drive. I really didn't need it anyway, but it was a good price. My DM was replace in line by a Dfriend so she went to Walmart for their opening and could have gottent he laptop there too. To bad none of us needed a laptop. We shopped locally then went home and changed into lighter clothes (It was 19 degrees while we were waiting in line) and switched vehicles. I had taken dh's truck and the back was full of computers and office furniture. DM and I drove an hour to a larger city and found a lot of items that we wanted there then moved on to another city for the remainder of the day. All in all we got everything that we were looking for and more. We shopped from 2:30am until 8:00 PM then headed home. I got home around 9:30 PM last night, spent some quality time with my 2 oldest sons and dh then crashed. I woke up at 8:45 Am and headed back out shopping as Kmart and JoAnns had more early bird items that I wanted. Got home around 1:30 PM and napped for 2 hours. Unloaded the car and headed to work for the evening. I got home at 11:00 PM. I could have been home earlier, but I had a cocktail after work to unwind. Oh yeah, Thanksgiving was nice too. Uneventful. We scoured the papers and made our Commando Plan. Denise, the t-shirt were a hit. The clerk at Toys R Us wanted to know where she could get some. I gave her the web address. She said I could have covered my BF spending if I had sold them (I highly doubt that :guilty: ). Glad everyone's days were good, except Jennifer's DH, but glad he is feeling better now. My dh said this morning that he was getting a sore throat, I thought it was kind of ironic as I was the one standing (actually I brought my lawn chair and down filled blanket) in the freezing cold while he was in our toasty bed, but oh well. I think he might be down for the count tomorrow. I need to get organized and make out a ton of rebate slips tomorrow as well as finishing my items for next Saturdays craft fair and finish decorating. Busy day.

WOW, Deb. You're a professional shopper. I'm glad the shirt was so well received and that you got everything. I'm tired just reading it!

Holy, cow! Read my counter. 2 days! YIKES! I'm printing my Mousekeeping envelopes now. BTW, our DDA designs look awesome on mousekeeping envelopes!

I may have to print envelopes for b'day parties, etc now. It looks terrific!

Night everyone. See you tomorrow.

Anybody want to help me? Donald Duck is not on Rees' CM shirt I made. I want to put him on the back of the blue shirt with a funny saying like "why am always left out of the fun"? Any ideas? Please make me something cute. We leave early in the am. I will add it to the back of the shirt on Sunday.

BTW, Donald Duck is Rees' favorite character. Marti noticed it missing. I didn't think much of it, but Rees sure did. I think he'll get more attention with it there!

Anyone have any ideas? Need to do this today.

Glad everyone is back "home" and had wonderful holiday.

Sounds like all of you are very "commando" BR shoppers.

Kate - I love the new BF shirt for next year, but I could wear it any day of the year I go shopping. I will always pick the slowest line.

I love all the new designs from Tink2020 and Miss Missy. I wish I had 1/10 of the talent you all have.

Denise - for you Donald idea - how about something like "saved the best for last"

do you want a live donald or cartoon donald?

I like this that I did for the back, but I would love to do it with a live Donald (since the front is the "live" picture). BTW, I'm going to print 2 to one page for both Davis and Rees' shirts. Also making me a FMT shirt.

This is the front of the shirt. DD is wearing her Minnie Mouse costume.

By the way, DH wants to do something HUGE for our anniversary this coming May. I suggested a trip to WDW with our closest couple friends. None of us has ever been, but DH can get tickets through his work, and we have tons of frequent flyer miles accumulated, so it looks like I've got my work cut out for me.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get started planning? Remember I'm a newbie to WDW. I could lead you all around DL blindfolded, but I'm at a loss here. I'm open to all suggestions. I bought a notebook today to start taking notes in, so bring it on people. I need help!!!!!

Glynis - congrats on the weight loss and an upcoming trip to WDW! I can't think of 2 better things! I will trade you some advice for touring WDW for your advice for touring DL - I hope to be there next month, and I haven't been since I was 10! ;)

I think the best place to start is here, and then also consider purchasing the Passporter guidebook (www.passporter.com), the Unofficial Guide to WDW guide book, and/or a subscription to Tour Guide Mike (www.tourguidemike.com - if you're interested, I think I could send you a link for $3 off the subscription). All are extremely helpful! And of course, ask away here!

Denise, Tinkaroo and others going around the same time -- I can't believe your trips are here!!!!!! Good luck tying up all the loose ends!

The family is mostly heading back home and I survived.... so it's studying (as usual) for me tomorrow! (Hopefully not quite 13 hours this week :rotfl: )

Goodnight everyone! Glad everyone had a good thanksgiving, BF, etc :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes
