Quebec has a very strict law on contests and lottery so most companies don't bother including us. I understand when it's from small companies but big ones like Disney could make an effort. After all, they spend a ton of money on advertising and they even have a French website directed to us and a French-speaking phone line (I only use it to save time waiting when calling at 7am for a promo)!
