Disney Cruise Brides - Let's Chat about our Weddings/VR's!

Does anyone have a copy of the itinerary for a CC wedding. We sent our final package to Shanda last week and have begun the final preparations for the wedding. Which naturally means more projects and spending more money. But I digress.

We're putting together a program and wanted to put an outline together now so we can just plug in the correct info later.

I don't know. I wanted to get married in October 2012 but the travel agent said that's hurricane season

Just a suggestion but you might want to use a travel agent that specializes in Disney to help with the wedding/travel. I used a great travel agent on these boards, her name is Lisa, and she was such a big help! If you want her info I can PM you with it but really I don't see anything wrong with end of October/November. It is very comfortable in Disney at that time and I have been to the bahamas during both of those months (plus the cruise will be more affordable for you and your guests)....

Congrats and welcome!!!! I have only cruised at the end of October and love it! It is much cheaper than other times of the year and it close to the end of hurricane season.

Hello ladies (and gents):

I have a great friend over at Couponing to Disney who sent me the Disney Bride and Groom shirts as I thought I could possibly fit in them but turns out neither I or she was able too! lol

So any Medium to Large build girls they are YOURS! The First person to PM me will get them! The XL really looks like a large and I usually run XL to XXL...come on Disney get some truer sizing!!!! The Grooms shirt is an XL as well (not fitted so it appears to be a truer XL)

Check out Couponing to Disney on Facebook, Kristin is AMAZING and has helped me "coupon" so many free items for our welcome bags!

Welcome to our new bride! I wouldn't worry too much about Hurricane season. I love cruising in September and I'm sure October is just as lovely.

That would be great!! I wanted to go with someone local but I don't think it matters since the confirmed guests are in IA, WA, CA, and NY. There may be more since I haven't even sent out invitations yet. I really want somebody who can get me the best deal and knows what they're doing.

I'm super excited....I ordered my silk flowers today from a local flower shop. I feel like I got a great deal!!!! 3 bouquets, 5 bouts, and a wrist crosage for $168!! I was expecting it to be over $200, close to $250 so I was pleasently surprised. Plus if I want to make changes once they come in I can . They are not very big, 5 gerber daisies bouquets for the girls and 8 for me (I didn't want anything too big as it is just for the at home pictures n reception). It is the one thing that stressed me out during this whole process so I am glad it is done!

Time is really flying now...I cannot wait to see pictures of your flowers. I wanted to do silk but my mom wanted real flowers, and since she is paying...real flowers it is. The only thing I worry about is not seeing them beforehand. I am not going to stress over that.

3 months and days left for all three of us "Lisa's" getting married on Castaway Cay!

I also went with Silk b/c I figured then everyone (including myself) could keep them as keepsakes...we will have the fresh flowers that are included of course for the wedding! I have done my music (mostly) just really need to compile it. I think I am going to put it on a CD as I don't want to be messing with my Iphone on the ship...

I booked our shuttle from the Pop to the cruise and then back to Disney with a stop off at the airport today, just need to send my final payment through our TA

It is becoming so much real-er to me as well....I found out when my bridal shower is, next Sunday! No one can keep a secret from me lol
