Best Time to Book Discovery Cove

Hi All,

Looking to book discovery cove for August 2026.

They currently have a 40% sale.

Have been told by some friends that they do a Black Friday sale.

What’s peoples experience with this, do they really do a better sale than 40% off?

Also, anyone got any tips for places to book through, or is it best to go with DC directly for booking?

They have 40% off tickets right now that go through our dates in February. Should I get tickets now or wait for a better deal on Black Friday?

Thanks for posting about the sale!

For some reason, if you buy directly through Discovery Cove, they tack on about $100 in fees. I have always purchased through Undercover Tourist.

Looking at dates I want in September 2026, booking one day at Discovery Cove for 2 adults with fees is $356.10. Booking through Undercover Tourist is $269.56.

For the past two years, I have bought our tickets during the Black Friday sale.

For May 2024, it was $311.04 for 2 adults with the dolphin swim.

For October 2025, it was $326.46 for 2 adults day resort only.

$269.56 for 2 adults in September 2026 doesn't seem like a bad price. Now I'm torn on whether to buy now or wait for Black Friday!

They do but they refund 95%, so that might cancel out any additional savings.
