When you select google checkout and it says email and password, are those for google email? Or can you use say use a yahoo email account?

You can use whatever email address you like...I used a yahoo address.

Ok so now I am really upset. Not good in my current very pregnant state!
Firstly, yes even though I thought I pressed on the pink/pearl I will be getting the pearl/pink pair and they won't give me the $10 discount even though I was told and got a confirmation from google that I would get it! I hope you are right when you say that we will get the discount irrespective of what the dicks emails say. Needless to say this will be my last order with Dicks! They didn't even want to send me a return shipping label. And when I asked to speak to a supervisor they put me on hold forever so I ended up losing my patience and hanging up. I have a hot chocolate to drink and I will simmer down before I put myself into labor!

Unfortunately at Dick's Sporting Goods, all the fun, cute colors stop at size 10. And I wear an 11 so I have to resort to the men's colors which are black, navy, and variations of grey (HoHum) if I want to get in on this AMAZING deal. I was hoping for some MaryJanes...

I had the SAME problem...I don't mind because I wanted a pair of the Pearl/Pink ones too...but before I checked the order I went on and ordered a pair of those too...so now I am sure I am going to get TWO of those and will only need one. So if that is the case, anyone need a size medium pair of Pearl and Pink??

I wear an 11 and I got pink, lt blue and a pair of the Disney ones at Dick's! They didn't have any Mary Janes, though, I wanted a pair of those. My old pair is navy, got those during the Fogdog sale and that was all they had for us big foots!

BTW, someone posted that they received a $5 credit on the pink ones for a price adjustment..maybe this is also a misprint??

Ok, trying to get the crocs...set up the google account, verified it, then went through the process at Dick's (ie. checkout) and it pops up with all the discounts, but I can't click the link to process the order...it is just a light gray box rather than the darker gray which would allow me to click and continue..anybody have any ideas how to fix this???

I spoke to customer service and the answer was no! They were very unfriendly too.

I'm real confused...when I ordered I thought I was only paying 17.99 for the pink/pearl but now my shipping confirmation email shows a price of 27.99 and that they are pearl/pink. It sure would be bad if all my shipments are at the higher price when I thought I had the google discount!

If you read on the google website and checkout it says that emails from dicks (or wherever you are shopping) will not reflect the $10 discount. Of course I didn't read it until I got my shipment confirmation and then decided I better read all the fine print!

Dick's will only tell you to send them back. I'm not sure how long a refund will take.
Dick's won't exchange your Crocs even though it's their mistake.

Then you'll have to reorder and hope you get the right pair this time. Only you won't be able to use the Google checkout without a new email address. You can only use Google checkout for the $10 discount one time per email address.

I still can't believe Dick's never changed their stupid website. They've known for a month now that some colors are wrong. Tons of people called them about it.

All they have to do is change the picture and heading. It can't be that hard.

Seems odd they'd be allowed to take money from customer knowing their product is listed incorrectly.

I know I ordered all pink and the pearl gray looking ones will not do, I might as well have ordered the red mickey ones as that was her 2nd choice but she really, really wants the pink mickey ones. Dick's so far won't help and say to send them back when they arrive and they will give me a refund. But they have not shipped yet!

I just spoke to Supervisor Eric and said he will see what he can do but he was talking about cancelling the order before it shipped. I tried to impress upon him I want the shoes, just in the right color. He is not aware of a problem with the website shoe colors and only knows about call center stuff and kept insisting the color I ordered was pearl while I kept insisting I know I ordered pink. He is in FL and the warehouse is in MO. He will email me and let me know what happens but I am not impressed so far. I don't want to cancel them and then reorder them at the higher price if their sale is no longer going on.
