Some of the twenty might not come forward out of fear, some might not come forward because they'd feel embarrassed if they didn't make top 10?

I could also see it as a strategic move...if I know what the other videos are in the Top 20, then I know a little about the other person and how I compare to them and may find some sort of way to use that to my advantage (so may think a contestant)...

However, they are missing out on the chance for us to get to know them and love them and get our future vote.

Personally, my votes (of course I'm voting more than once! ) are going toward those who had a cute video and for those I got to know on DIS who I think would make a great CMO.

I have to say that some would have an innate fear of letting others know because they only want to put their best foot forward with CB and Disney. Every one of the 20 is on pins and needles and you'll only hear nice things from them because of that.

FINALLY............I am getting used to the idea that I am NOT in the top 20!

I have stopped checking my caller id for Centra Marketing. Checking email is back to a normal level now. I am not mad at CB and Disney anymore.

MOST IMPORTANTLY THOUGH to get back that Disney magic, I am planning a trip for our family in early April (seems fitting since I thought I was going to be there anyway). It just has to be done, you know?!

I am very embarrassed at how I cried and cried when I saw people getting their calls. Very surprised at how much it all affected me.

I had even done some detective work myself and found out that last year's contest had their "on or before" date and the winners found out the day before. So I was buzzing home all day long on the 6th to check for my overnight package. Was even going to call Fed Ex and UPS to see if they "knew" if anything was in the loop for me..... THAT'S some positive thinking.

It took me much longer than I ever thought. I was really really bummed. For too long though.

So here's to the top 20 and their interviews! And to the rest of us too!

Oh and I love the interview questions people have posted. It will be interesting to see if the 7 we know of are asked anything similar to that!

Hey...does anyone remember "The Song of the South" movie. I saw it in theatres as a kid.
If fact...I say "please to meet ya" just like the little poor girl in the movie, however no one really ever gets it. I am sure some think I'm just a Looney since hardly anyone has seen the film.

I saw that film in the drive inn as a little girl, and now have it on DVD. I absolutely LOVE this movie!

There, I've admitted it; it is embarassing, but I figured if you could make me feel better, I'd try to reciprocate.

Cressy, validation comes in so many forms doesn't it?

When everyone was posting their own "non-selected" entries and others commenting and then people were just posting their favorites.....well, I even looked to see if anyone selected mine and then surprise, noone did and guess what.....I even let that affect me as well....

Although this all is embarassing (thanks for validating ME Cressy) it does feel better admitting it.
