I read the forums over on NKOTB.com but have only posted a few times. And I thought I was a fan!

I am so glad I am not the only one... I know I have said it before and I will probably say it again, But I am so glad I have found a "home" here.

Some of those ladies on the NKOTB boards are a little MUCH. Dont get me wrong, I really the guys and really have a thing for Donnie.

I found it extemely amusing that there was a discussion group called 'Danny Town' in all of the Chicago Blockheads, Wisconsin Blockheads, other state groups, etc...

That is not what I think is funny. I just cracks me up when I come across a post that they think that Jordan, Donnie, Jon, Joe, or Danny are really reading this, like they really dont have anything better to do with their time OR even better that they are going to "personally" RESPOND.




Off-Topic- I wanted to know if any of you ladies have a blog? I am trying to decide if I want to start a blog or not. I have a few family that is out of town, and I have two children(one with autism) So I have some pretty crazy days- where I just write- but still not sure if I want it to be on the computer. I do have a facebook account (but family that is out of town doesnt- and I dont ever get too personal on there).ANY THOUGHTS would be great.

I think blogs are really great. I haven't done one, but probably just because I have no idea where to start.

A friend of mine just sent me a link to hers. She just went to Sudan (she's a missionary and a nurse) and she will be there until March. It's a great way for those of us that care about her to stay informed about what is going on with her. She's actually there to visit this guy that she is involved with, she'll be deciding whether or not she's going to marry him and move there!

Anyway, it's very cool to be able to read it. It's nice to know that even in Sudan she will be able to get some internet access at times and be able to update all of us.

So, I guess what I'm saying is GO FOR IT! What a great way to document all of your daily adventures.

Maybe I'll do one too, it's just like a journal, only online!

I have actual journals that I have for both of my children. I write in them from time to time so that when they grow up they'll be able to read about things they did or said, or what I was feeling at the time, stuff like that!

I'm babbling. Someone stop me!!!

I just had to post about a screen name I saw last night, it was something like 'Jordan's Irish Cream cupcake with chocolate frosting and sprinkles' or something like that. I was like WHAT???? Anyone else see that one? Some of the screen names are like run-on sentences!

I just made my daily visit over there to see if there was any info added and I was reading a thread that Jared was responding in. He asked that those girls start shortening their screen names. I thought it was funny after we had been commenting on some of the crazier ones. Jared are you on the DIS lurking in our thread?!! Wouldn't that be funny!

I got an invite to a group from someone on there that was named "jordan's tender lover"! Although that's nothing compared to some of them - cupcake included!

The names are nuts. Did anyone check out the tattoo threads? Someone got NKOTB tattooed on the inside of her lip. OUCH!

I'm going to go back and check this out. (don't have time right now.) The only blogs I look at are List of the Day and CakeWrecks. Neither related to NKOTB though.
