Discount Gift Cards?

I stumbled upon this blog that raved about using discounted gift cards from giftcardgranny.
I was just wondering if anyone has purchased gift cards from here or another place similar and were able to use them at the park?

I've never seen this before, but when I started checking the cards that weren't listed on ebay, they were all for the Disney store and not for the parks.

It's a neat idea, though, and something to keep checking. I'll be interested to see if anyone has used this site.

I use mypoints to earn points that I convert to gift cards. Unfortunately, they don't have a Disney gc but you can get RFC, Marriott's (can use at FFI as well), Starbucks, etc.

I know there are other rewards programs online, too. Sunshine rewards has Disney gcs but I find it much too hard to use.

I thought the gift cards could be used for parks, online and in store?

Well maybe, but I couldn't see that except on the ebay ones. When I clicked on the 'Shop' button for the others it only says Disney Store.

ETA: it did just occur to me that you can buy Disney gcs on the Disney Store site so I guess you could do it that way, but you might still end up with an odd amount on the card or owe extra. Do you know what I mean? Say you bought a $53 gc and found out it only worked for the Disney Store. You could buy a $50 gc with it but you'd still have an extra $3 on the card which might make the savings a little questionable
