Wow this thread is moving incredibly fast! Love the "Anastasia" pose! Those castle pics make me totally want to go for Christmas. Think they will be like that next year??

Holy crap! I'll never be able to catch up when I get back! We just decided about an hour and a half ago we were going! I really need to packing but wanted to check in!

clutterbug, love the outfits! Chef M would have looked cute with black but you guys look so cute I didn't even look at the guys!

Newzealand, can I call you that? I so didn't want to quote and need to learn real names! I love the carriers! I mean it looks so simple to make. Is it? DD's is adorable! and the diapers, well I think that is out of my league! Thank goodness we don't need them!

Minigirl, I am glad you like it here! It is a fun place and I LOVE the quilt you made! I would love directions too! I read once how to make one but it seemed over my head!

Lori, love the Hannah skirt. You do that skirt perfect and it is so so cute!

I know I missed alot, about 20 pages worth! BUt I loved all the pictures as I skimmed quickly!

Fun fabric day!!!!!! Here's what I got today...

I love the fabrics you got :)

Whoo hoo! We are going to disney in the AM!

You are so lucky...I am around 297 days away :sad2:

:lmao: You're not making him wear that are you? If so, you MUST show us pictures!

No I cannot see him letting me do that. ;) He is a good sport I am not pushing the issue. I do not know many hubbies much less that do what he does for a living that you could get in even matching shirts 2x a day everyday for a 8 day trip. He is the one that told me to go ahead trace these in slick paint to make them look finished. I was afraid he would think they were to girly but was happy when he agreed. :)

And then this one I know it looks weird he and the kids were playing pirates in line for philharmagic.

I have a little plastic box that I throw in my "essentials." In it I have

*Sharp scissors
*Pinking shears
*Pencil
*Seam ripper
*Tape Measure
*Pin cushion and pins
*Rotary cutter
*Bodkin
*Scotch tape
*Disappearing ink pen

These are the things I use on almost every project so I keep them near. I also have a cutting mat and plastic ruler that came with the rotary cutter. HTH!

What is Bodkin? I think I have everything else but the disappearing ink pen. My mom stocked me well so she can do my mending when she comes. :lmao:

Ohhh ohh I know lol. I looked it up today that is the only reason why. It is a tool that you use to pull elastic or somethign like that through the casing! Wow I feel so smart. :rotfl:

could you all please say some prayers or send some vibes my way if you are not a prayer. Silly request but ever since this nasty MRSA  came into our lives 2 1/2 wks ago I have become a germaphobe. I know there is nothing wrong with being clean, but I used to know that germs needed a home too. Well now it seems like all I do is clean, I can't get things clean enough and it is freaking me out. I like clean, don't get me wrong but I used to be able to sit down when DH would get home and just enjoy family time, not anymore. I feel all freaked out inside if a crumb is dropped. If I dont' lysol the laundry it isn't clean. :scared1: :scared1: The camodes get lysol sprayed on them after every use and get thoroughly liquid lysoled at the end of the day. I just want to be able to relax but I live in fear of this MRSA. Once you have it, it never goes away, it lays dormant and rears its ugly head whenever it wants to. I just want to be normal again. please. :sad2: :sad2: :sad2: :sad2:

Oh sweetie, I feel for you. I used to worry about it all the time, but I finally decided that we can only do so much and can't live in fear. I really hope that things improve for you and you can relax a little. I always try to remember this "Worry less and Pray more"

OH! You mean a diaper pin!

Which is my highly effective red neck doo-dad! :rotfl2:

:lmao: sure call me Newzealand :) - Yep reasonably easy for a newbie-for you gals though it would be no problem :) There are all types of carriers so it depends on what suits your needs.

Just don't forget to leave a hole to pull your straps through :rolleyes1 or you'll need quality time spent with the seam ripper :lmao: (learnt from experience but I didn't take a pic).

For all of those that use Moda fabric -- where do you buy it? I love that valentine swirly fabric that was used and now I want to find some!

What great pictures :) My DD used to do competitive cheerleading until last year. She wanted a break and I agreed to it. Congrats :woohoo: on taking first place :thumbsup2

You gals have been getting GREAT fabrics lately. I would love to go on a fabric shopping spree. Aaahhhhhh......

IYou are so lucky...I am around 297 days away :sad2:

I'm so jealous. We still have over 100 days.

too jealous to respond (but I guess I already did) we got so much snow here today (about 8-10" in 3 hours) I got trapped away from home. I finally made it home, but not all the way to the garage, I got stuck in my driveway! Wish I were back in Florida!!!

80 days? Try about 3 years! If I'm lucky!

I'm at 18 days! Whoohoo!!!!!! We're going during one of the most crowded times of the year, but I don't care! I'll be at DISNEY!

When I posted my first batch of pictures I promised someone (Cathy, I think) that I would post some of the Castle lights. It was so beautiful.

Your custom's are great, but the castle pics are WONDERFUL! I must've been living under a rock because I've never seen the castle with the lights on it in different colors before. How I wish I was going during Christmas. But, in case you didn't see my previous post, I AM going in 18 DAYS!

Teresa and Sondra, and anyone who couldn't see it before- can you see my whole siggy now?

The last line or two is cut off for me. I see some smilies - two people holding hands, Ariel, and Nemo. The bottoms of the smilies and the words that are with the smilies are cut off. Make sense?

Is no one else around tonight? :confused3 How many times can I post after myself before getting in trouble?
