Whoo hoo! We are going to disney in the AM!

You're not making him wear that are you? If so, you MUST show us pictures!
He is a good sport I am not pushing the issue. I do not know many hubbies much less that do what he does for a living that you could get in even matching shirts 2x a day everyday for a 8 day trip. He is the one that told me to go ahead trace these in slick paint to make them look finished. I was afraid he would think they were to girly but was happy when he agreed.
I have a little plastic box that I throw in my "essentials." In it I have
*Sharp scissors
*Pinking shears
*Pencil
*Seam ripper
*Tape Measure
*Pin cushion and pins
*Rotary cutter
*Bodkin
*Scotch tape
*Disappearing ink pen
These are the things I use on almost every project so I keep them near. I also have a cutting mat and plastic ruler that came with the rotary cutter. HTH!

What is Bodkin? I think I have everything else but the disappearing ink pen. My mom stocked me well so she can do my mending when she comes.![]()

came into our lives 2 1/2 wks ago I have become a germaphobe. I know there is nothing wrong with being clean, but I used to know that germs needed a home too. Well now it seems like all I do is clean, I can't get things clean enough and it is freaking me out. I like clean, don't get me wrong but I used to be able to sit down when DH would get home and just enjoy family time, not anymore. I feel all freaked out inside if a crumb is dropped. If I dont' lysol the laundry it isn't clean.
The camodes get lysol sprayed on them after every use and get thoroughly liquid lysoled at the end of the day. I just want to be able to relax but I live in fear of this MRSA. Once you have it, it never goes away, it lays dormant and rears its ugly head whenever it wants to. I just want to be normal again. please.

I have so many pictures to share.

could you all please say some prayers or send some vibes my way if you are not a prayer. Silly request but ever since this nasty MRSAcame into our lives 2 1/2 wks ago I have become a germaphobe. ixiedust:Ohhh ohh I know lol. I looked it up today that is the only reason why. It is a tool that you use to pull elastic or somethign like that through the casing! Wow I feel so smart.![]()

OH! You mean a diaper pin!
Which is my highly effective red neck doo-dad!![]()
Newzealand, can I call you that? I so didn't want to quote and need to learn real names! I love the carriers! I mean it looks so simple to make. Is it? DD's is adorable! and the diapers, well I think that is out of my league! Thank goodness we don't need them!
sure call me Newzealand
- Yep reasonably easy for a newbie-for you gals though it would be no problem
There are all types of carriers so it depends on what suits your needs.
or you'll need quality time spent with the seam ripper
(learnt from experience but I didn't take a pic).could you all please say some prayers or send some vibes my way if you are not a prayer. Hi Ladies and Tom,
I love all of the new stuff. I really love all of the World pics with the matching outfits. I bet you were all the talk of Disney![]()
Shameless mommy bragging will follow....
My dd Leanne had a cheer competition last weekend. I am sure you all remember I posted the came in last in Indy a few weeks ago. Well- this weekend they came in FIRST place. I bought the CD of the entire weekends pictures so I have a few to share....
This is Leanne's favorite picture she thinks it looks like she is "flying".

This is Leanne pulling her bow and arrow. She is not quiet in it yet, but this is the best picture they took.

Leanne wanted me to share this one. She thinks she looks really cool![]()

Thanks for looking at my bragging mommy posts![]()
My DD used to do competitive cheerleading until last year. She wanted a break and I agreed to it. Congrats
on taking first place IYou are so lucky...I am around 297 days away![]()
I'm so jealous. We still have over 100 days.
too jealous to respond (but I guess I already did) we got so much snow here today (about 8-10" in 3 hours) I got trapped away from home. I finally made it home, but not all the way to the garage, I got stuck in my driveway! Wish I were back in Florida!!!
80 days? Try about 3 years! If I'm lucky!
When I posted my first batch of pictures I promised someone (Cathy, I think) that I would post some of the Castle lights. It was so beautiful.
