I mentioned before that I was considering buying a treadmill. For those of you who already have them: Do you really use them enough to justify the purchase?
It really depends on you. If you are serious and motivated, you can use it everyday. If you're not so motivated, you may not use it much unless it's as a clothes rack.
We wanted/needed a TM so we bought a fairly low end one from Walmart. It is fairly heavy and had to be assembled at home. There is an adjustable incline but you have to do it by hand which is a pain. However, it does fold up so you clear some floor space if you need to. I enjoyed being on the TM while watching TV so I would use it more when the TV was on. I focused more on walking than I did on how much time I had left. You can try looking at a sports equipment resale store (Play it Again Sports for example) and see if they have anything you like before purchasing new. I've also seen them at Goodwill and other thrift stores. Don't forget your local classifieds either.
Well ladies, and Aaron; I start my new job in the morning so I need to get a full night's sleep. I'll check in after work.

. Anyway is there room for one more on this thread? I could use some support thanks.

Can you give us a shorter name?
Prayers continuing.
Hey everyone!
it here!!
You've probably already done these, but I'd try:
Aunt Flo always tires me out the first 2 days, so working really isn't what I want to be doing!
)
It's worth a try, I think. I need to buy some my next shopping trip!
Figure I'll get at least 2-3 loaves out of it.
