Thanks Stacy. We just threw it together on Photobucket. I think I'll need to get some actual licensed software to make some more shows. The picture quality goes down once you put your photos in the remix, and there weren't alot of options. But hey for free it was great!

Does anyone have any recommendations for software I can buy?

I keep watching the show over and over myself, and I tear up everytime. It was such a special experience!

CRUISINGGGGGGGGGG NEXT WEEK !!!! :cool1: :thumbsup2

DH said he needed a Vacation N O W

So I have been watching the DCL for a Quickie Wonder Cruise and just booked a Cat 5 for next Thursday :yay: It popped up and I snatched it.. pirate: We did miss out on the Florida Resident Rate but, at this point, DH is happy and that is what matters most

:lovestruc

Enjoy!!!

Hey everyone!
We are just back from our "Once Upon a Fairytale" Adventure! It was totally awesome. :cool1: Our Adventure Guides were wonderful. As soon as we got home, Jasmine started crying because she missed everyone on the trip. We had 14 adult, and 15 kids. The kids were all between 6 and 15, and bonded immediately. It was a really special experience.

Pics after we unpack!
Wendy

Kewl!! I hope you do a trip report. I have heard such wonderful things about the Disney Adventure trips!! They came out with some new ones for 2009, they all sound so wonderful!

Merryl,
There are some trip reports on the ABD forum, but I won't do one. Half of the fun of the trip is the surprises, and I'd hate to ruin it for anyone. You can see some clues in our pics, but I don't want to go into details. If you do have specific questions about the trip though, feel free to pm me, and I'd be happy to answer!

Wendy

Wendy, thanks for sharing the great pictures. Love the Mickey pretzels!

How does this affect the plans to move to Orlando?

Wendy

Wendy - :goodvibes Thanks for sharing the great photos. It looks like Jasmine had a blast. I like the Mickey and Minnie pretzels too. Those were so cute. It looks like they kept you very busy. I liked all the little Disney touches with the characters. It sounds like a great way to expose the kids to Germany without them knowing they are actually learning something. ;) We are looking into the Italy vacation offered (you get to stay in a villa and learn to make pasta). However, it may be cheaper to just hop on a NCL cruise around Italy and Spain. We'll see. That would still be a year or two away. I've caught Bill looking at Disneyland (CA) and Legoland on his laptop. So, that seems more "realistic" for next year.

:cool1: Can't wait to see you in September. The DVC Member cruise is fast approaching. I made our car service reservation from BCV to Port Canaveral the other day. It was cheaper than using Disney's transportation. Plus, they provide a car seat (Cole) and booster seat (Emily) and we get to stop at a grocery store on the way back from PC to VWL after the cruise. I'm done modifying our ADRs and am just ready to go! I know Bill needs a getaway from work too.

:cheer2: Will's started football last week and Emily started cheerleading. :guilty: They will miss two games while we are gone. It will be fine for Emily, her coach will just modify their formation. However, we hope Will doesn't lose his position while we are gone. Initially, Will was suppose to have practice yesterday (in full pads). They called if off when the weatherman said it was going to be 107. :scared: The whole rest of the week will be over a 100. It has been so warm, even the pool feels like bath water. Yuck! :scared1: I hope everyone else is having a "milder" summer. :cool2:

Stacy - Have a great time on your cruise. Are you eventually going to move to FL from NJ or is it a vacation home?

Tina - Please tell Robby . . . party: "Congratulations!" party:
That is great news! I use to work for an Insurance Firm and know being an Insurance Adjuster is a big step.

:flower3: Have a great day everyone!

- Jennifer

Yes, the kids really absorbed the info. But Disney made it so much fun to learn about! As much as I'd love to try to talk you into doing Austria with us next year, I think you probably would be better off waiting until Cole is 4 or 5. He'll have a better chance of having kids his age, and will remember more.

And yes, NCL's prices are unbelievable! Our cruise in December went down by 40%. Royal Caribben just lowered their prices on our March cruise also, so we are definitely happy right now!

I need to re-look at my plans for September, but I do have everything booked. We're renting a car the day before the cruise and then driving to the port. On the way back we'll pickup another rental car and give my friend's sister and her DD a ride to MCO with us.

It'll feel like coming home to be on a Disney ship again!

:cool1: Have fun on your PC cruise. :scared: Geesh! Where has the summer gone?

 Where is Angie? I never heard about their PC cruise in May. I assume they had a great time. :cool2:

:goodvibes Bill found an article on the renovations and bids for the changes to Disney's Port Canaveral terminal. I guess they have to make some adjustments for the new ships. So, at least we'll have one of the new ships on the east coast. Also, he looked up the shipyard (Meyer Werft Shipyards of Germany) online. They don't have any photos of the Disney ships yet. :guilty: It has been over a year since the contracts were signed. Shouldn't they have started already? :woohoo: 2011 will be here before you know it. I am really curious on the new ships' itineraries. A few guesses have been . . . Alaska, Hawaii, the Mediterranean, Mexican Riviera and Hong Kong/Asia. Only time will tell . . . :rolleyes1

Jennifer Yes, right now Florida is a Vacation Home, however, we will eventually move there and I can't wait.. I've been so spoiled watching the MK fireworks every night with my Tea and Snack for the past several weeks..

At least I had my son and his friend for 2 weeks which was an excellent break in my Peace and Quiet :rotfl:

I will see Hubby Thursday when I grabbed him from the airport and drive down to the pier to hop onboard the Wonder!!! :goodvibes

Wendy No!! You're NOT allowed to "rethink" your future DCL plans, cause we are on the same ship with you for 2 weeks!! pirate:

Although, I was looking at NCL myself.. and to see that their 3 night Bahama cruise was $1,278 CHEAPER then DCL  Made me really second guess our trips too :guilty:
