I have been watching the weather channel and ironing ALL afternoon. Well, I also watched Ellen and GH and Oprah & the news too. MARATHON ironing time of 6 hours. DS and DH are done now and I have many, many stacks of clothes to try & squish into the bags! I have not ironed one piece of my stuff yet. But I should be easy. DH's stuff is a bear (lots of linen & silk) . OK, off to warm up leftovers and get off my feet for a few minutes before heading back up to finish. OH...and must get a cocktail....

CamColt...I called Albertson's today to be sure they carried the Samuel Adams (I couldn't find it on their website). They said they do and they have a special on your Kaluah! (2) 750 ML bottles for $14.99!! One reg. flavor & one hazelnut. Guess what you'll be gettin'?! LOL....

Ummm...a lot?! Hey. What can I say? That's their sale this week. She said it's normally over $30. But so I figured 2 bottles for $15 is a bargain! Take it with you to your mud bath!

I came back from camping Sun late aft and did laundry, washed camping stuff and cleaned house. It rained on us Sun morn. Yuck, we had to pack up a wet tent!!

DS17 had his Bday party hangout with his friends at our house. It's amazing how these boys have grown taller and bigger.

I have conceded and allowed DS17 to go to CalPoly. He is taking out another loan. He passed 7/8 AP test and has 51 credit hours with CalPoly. He is classified as a Freshman with Sophmore credit. He has to take Freshman CA required government/history class to really spring him over to be a Sophmore standing. I will never see my baby again!! He will try to apply for CA in state residency next year. He cannot come home for the summer. He will have to find a job in CA.

I have my clothes packed but now I am changing my mind about swimsuits. Do I have time to shop?? I guess I just have to make the time. I still have to get a pedicure.

Good luck traveling everbody. Stop ironing peeps. Here in Dallas esp in my house, wrinkly clothes are ok. It's fashionable!!

But we are staying at the Country Inn that is about 2 blocks from the Radisson..you will pass it on your way to the Radisson

Fishies for all families are complete! Ok 'cept mine. I will be the one with the Michael's bag hanging outside my stateroom.

Gotta couple more loads of laundry to do and into the suitcases it all goes. No ironing. Downey wrinkle releaser and its all good.

Where is this Albertson's you speak of? I am wanting a bottle of Jack for DH.
OH and tried a great drink at Bunco - a lemon drop made with blueberry vodka instead of plain. Downright yummy!! Annie - please to be PMing me with website info - we get a free stop on our limo ride so thinking we what to stop where we can buy alcohol and diapers. Albertsons might just be the ticket.

Oh no, May. Sorry you got wet. And I can imagine how tough that move is going to be on you. Make many memories on this trip!

Today I have a ton of work to get done. I wont be doing much packing today which is getting me nervous because I still have a good amount. I've done all the ironing Im going to do. Thats done. Now its just laundry, packing, and getting the kids to and from where they need to be. I think I have everything bought too so not too many errands to run. Yep, today is work work work.

May - ewww...wet tent! Kinda like a wet dog!

OK, I officially ironed for 8 hours yesterday. And I do this because I suck at laundry. I am BAD about not keeping it moving. I leave it in the washer too long and then I leave it in the dryer too long so everything's always wrinkley. I mean REALLY wrinkley. I also hang a lot to dry. So that stuff always needs to be ironed. Just think...this would've been 8 hours of ironing on my vacation if I didn't do it now! Once we're there & it's been wrinkled in the bags that's a different kind of wrinkley. Those wrinkles are OK to wear and those, you WILL see 'cuz I am not re-ironing them! I only have about 3 pr. of capris & a couple tops to finish. THEN I start to do the squishing into the bag thing!!

BEEEG "to do" list for today. Going to have DS put the magnets onto the backs of the signs for me. Nail salon opens at 10:00 - I am calling for an appt. for this evening after I get most of my futzing done. After I get the stuff squished into the bags I have to clean out my pond. Need to do some job hunting at some point today or tomorrow too. I HAVE to send out a couple of resumes. Tomorrow is garbage day...gotta clean out the frig before we go. Need to write a note to my pet sitter....email the swim coach....Oh! And try to do some basic cleaning! Blah, blah, blah!

Gertrude - our car service co. gave me the phone & fax #'s for the Albertson's that they stop at between MCO and WDW. Sounds like they're all over the place....they're kinda like a Super Walmart I guess. You should call your car service company that you're using and ask them WHICH location they would stop at between MCO and the port. I'm sure it would be a diff. location than the one we're going to. I am faxing an order for bagels, cream cheese, milk, a case of water, diet coke and the beer...but I have to get the liquor myself once we get there (it's separate). They will have everything else ready for me tho so we don't waste time. Tell them you want to stop at one that also sells liquor. If they cannot do this then I can get the Jack for you if you want! Call them and then LET ME KNOW by tomorrow if you need me to get it!!

My mom called this morning..My Aunt passed away yesterday..Not my "real" aunt, but my parents best friends so we always called them aunt and uncle

Funeral is Thursday in Lakeland (close to Orlando) but I can't take the time off since I am off next week...big bummer!

Well thats better. Seriously, Ive been checking it throughout the day, LOL! Looks like we will be ok on this one as long as things dont change.

So, I am such a dork. Im sitting here looking at the DCL picture of the day thread and I literally have tears in my eyes. I dont know why? Excitement? Stress? Knowing Im gonna be there? Maybe Im just losing it.
