great idea, im waiting till i get my May goal before i post pics. not too long now. i didnt take pics right at the start- think after i lost 2 stone, but trying to take them often now.
ive still got a long way to go though so the change isnt very dramatic. love seeing the before and after pics :)

I have been weighed today and i am so happy as i have lost another 3lbs :) after thinking i was having a really bad week (dunno why i was thinkin that i wasnt eating bad) i think because i lost 7lbs the week before it put to much pressure on me :confused3

you did so well losing 7lbs, was that your 1st week?
we tend to lose more the 1st week, wish it was the same each week. losing 3lbs is very fab too. keep up the great work.xx

After the over-indulgence of yesterday when DH put on his pinny and slaved over a hot Aga (Baked Camembert starter, Peppercorn Steak and Chunky Chips main course and a double dessert of Raspberry Pannacotta plus half a Chocolate Fondant) I'm FIRMLY back on the straight and narrow today... :angel: :angel: :angel:

I'll most certainly post pictures of our dresses when the wedding day arrives, it's the end of May this year.

And I don't blame you for indulging yesterday, afterall, it was Valentine's Day and DH cooked, so it's not like you could leave it after all his hard work! I hope it was very yummy for you too!!

Well it's been weigh-in day...and it's only half a lb for me this week.

In total though I've got me losing 10lbs, which I'm very pleased with. I'll be so excited when I reach the stone mark!! Still a long way to go after that, but it'll be brilliant!!

The maid-of-honor dress will be fab on me - I hope!! :)

Ive been on the Wii fit again today just wondering what are the main things people do on there? like ur favs?

I've not eaten any differently in the last week so I'm not sure why.
That's 15 10 1/2 now.

I'll have to watch what I eat more closely this week.

Stayed the same this week which i'm chuffed with as i've demolished a packet of hob nobs this week, I also had to make Madeira, Carrot & Walnut, Lemon, Chocolate, White Chocolate and Fruit cake for my wedding fair yesterday, which is not good for the waistline if you get a bit peckish!

Can I just say that I think it' really important to get the word 'diet' out of your head and that 'eating healthier' is better for your mind. The minute the word diet is banded around everyone thinks that when they have a treat they've broken the 'diet' and that's just wrong. Everything in moderation people!

I pretty much have an 80/20 rule, 80% good 20% bad and I have a treat every day, that way I never feel guilty about what i'm eating, ever!

i agree with what you are saying however its the moderation the causes the problem ! i for one am unable to moderate my diet effectivly and thats why im overweight....my diet is healthy but i over-eat massivly if given the chance :confused3 and whilst i agree that its good to have a treat that should not be an excuse to eat too much.
