What diet are you doing? Is it just liquids? How are you finding it?
I have done SW in the past but want to try something different this time round, I just can't motivate myself to do SW or classes.

yes,it is the lipotrim diet.
i am finding it o.k.i am fine during the day,when i am downstairs,on the bar.the first couple of weeks,when i was serving the food,i had some cravings,but just went out walking,when i finished.
my husband,has not eaten in front of me at all,which is good.i'm not sure,how i would cope,if i had to cook,for him.i have avoided,the pub kitchen altogether,as i am sure,i would be picking the chips.
i have removed,all temptations,as far as i possibly can,which makes it easier.
some nights,i could eat something,but i think,i may always feel like that!
the loss each week & the support,on here spurs me on & i am doing it week by week,at the minute.
my sister has about 25lb to lose & is considering it,as she has come to abit,of a standstill,at the minute.not sure,if i only had that,to lose,that i would consider it though.
have you got,much to lose claire?
