Hi Tracy

What diet are you doing? Is it just liquids? How are you finding it?
I have done SW in the past but want to try something different this time round, I just can't motivate myself to do SW or classes.

yes,it is the lipotrim diet.
i am finding it o.k.i am fine during the day,when i am downstairs,on the bar.the first couple of weeks,when i was serving the food,i had some cravings,but just went out walking,when i finished.
my husband,has not eaten in front of me at all,which is good.i'm not sure,how i would cope,if i had to cook,for him.i have avoided,the pub kitchen altogether,as i am sure,i would be picking the chips.
i have removed,all temptations,as far as i possibly can,which makes it easier.
some nights,i could eat something,but i think,i may always feel like that!
the loss each week & the support,on here spurs me on & i am doing it week by week,at the minute.
my sister has about 25lb to lose & is considering it,as she has come to abit,of a standstill,at the minute.not sure,if i only had that,to lose,that i would consider it though.
have you got,much to lose claire?

STS this week. However, I've managed to go running three times so far this week so really hoping the scales are kinder to me next week. Well put it this way if they're not they're off through the window! :lmao:

im doing loads of exercise on my wii fitness coach, so im hoping to lose a couple next week. diet wise ive had a few blips, my crisp obsession has come back. havent been feeling too great- bad headaches that wont shift. been resorting to my comfort foods-crisps. trying to wean myself off again. :)

hope everyone has a great valentines day and tries not to eat too bad. :goodvibes

Finally over the last couple of days I have actually got back on track :cheer2: and I have lost 2lbs since Tuesday

So that's 1/2 a stone gone, and another 1/2 a stone to go :banana:

Well done everyone it's been another good week hasn't it!
I've lost another 2lb really pleased, I didn't expect it.

Good luck this week everyone, it's half term though and my routine goes haywire when I'm not in work.
